The person that did the transaction was very rude, the location had 3 trucks available and I asked for one that was new and did not give me the chance to rented and gave me the old one. The truck was not in good condition. The have to give maintenance to the truck.

Access in and out of the Broward Road location is a little difficult. This U-Haul is operated out of BP gas station. So trying to pull in and out of the parking lot with a U-Haul truck or trailer can be a bit difficult with all the gas customers.

Person was not knowledgeable and asked me to call Uhaul. Called Uhaul but could not get through. It takes an act of Congress to reach a representative. Information was not documented and I was sorely disappointed in this company.

Truck was not in good working service.i tented from this location because it literally was 3/4 of a mile from where I lived so I never got up to the speed limit which leads to my unknowing of the steering issues. I had spent 5 hours loading the truck and hit the interstate to drive 40 miles to my new location When I got up to 50 mph the truck was shaking violently so I had to reduce speed on top of that the a/c was not working properly and also the place I rented did not have enough furniture dolly's that I had already paid for then come to find out the fuel mileage was terrible I drove in total for about 90 miles and the fuel I had to add back to the truck was 18 gallons...18 gallons for 90ish miles! 5 m/gal really! Terrible experience

When I make reservations I always do the online check in to save time. Then when I get to the pickup location they always ask for my DL and credit card again. I don't think it saves any time compared to just showing up to check in. Why the redundancy? The people there were nice and helpful after we got through the check in process.

I have several issue thst needs to brought to someones attention. My reservation was completed on line a few days before & should have been an easy checkout. I had to chat on line with someone several times to ensure i would be able to pick up the truck nearest to my location to avoid paying additional mileage charges. When i arrived a little after 8am to pick up the truck i had to wait 15 mins to checkout the truck while the rep looked for my reservations. A (copy of my license) was asked to be uploaded although a text sent to my phone during the checkin process when it was entered already online. In the truck there was broken glass & dirt inside. Upon checkout i used a different credit card & rep took a picture of my card and uploaded it on an app on his phone that he used for the check in & checkout process. I was uncomfortable with that due to possible Identity theft. In summary here are my concerns. 1. The checkout needs to be more efficient. 2. An inspection of the inside of trucks should dine & cleaned prior to renting trucks. 3. A seperate credit card slide machine should be accessable to customers not someone personal cellphone to conduct official business for U-Hual a recognized rental company.

This location is a run down gas station. The owner will not let you leave your car on the property (not like anyone would want to once they saw the place), so you have to bring someone with you to drive your car back. I was given a 10' U-Haul but charged for the 15' U-Haul I reserved, even though 15' U-Haul's were available. Because of the smaller size I had to make multiple trips, which doubled my expected mileage. I didn't get to dispute my issues with the location because the owner was not there when I dropped off the U-Haul and his attendants couldn't help me.

This location did not have working knowledge of how to hook up the equipment. If I had not known how to hook it up myself I may have left the lot in a very unsafe situation. In fact, the owners left me to hook it up and test it myself. In addition, I found that one of the lights on the trailer was not working. I went back into the shop and let the owner know. He did not offer a different tow dolly. He told me to drive down the road and find a full uhaul center and have them fix it. I had a set of auxiliary light with me so I drove on. My intention is not to complain about the location, but to let you know that proper equipment training at the sights has not been done. I rented a 2 wheeled tow dolly and the owner had no idea how the straps and chains were to connect

I feel something shady went down. And know I don't remember haven to bring it to same location or told that. I wouldn't try to take on the southside of town on Saturday. I know for a fact the milage gauge is wrong/not working right (rigged),etc..

The process took a long time, esp. since I had reserved the truck a month earlier. Although it wasn't reserved from this location they were notified the day before pick up. It took awhile for the gentleman to get it together but it wasn't a negative experience.

First of all, i didn't get full paper work even when i asked. All i got was a small recipe of the milage, gas & physical check. I was told to return the truck & trailer before the days end of April 3rd 2019. However when i returned the truck and trailer i was charged for an extra day without my consent. I do not appreciate being charged an extra day due to someone elses fault. I am a customer and if it wasn't my fault why do i have to pay because of a independent Uhaul representative.

Overall good experience. Being located at a gas station is convenient; but the gas price was a little high.

The truck was dirty and smelled like marijuana. The back was not sweeper out and had clumps of mud in it which we removed but this should've been done prior to us renting this truck. It was just an unprofessional place so I'll go to a larger U-Haul place next time I need a truck

huge and heavy traler sat on grass. no way for me to pick up and attach to car. No employee help. needed to wait 15 min for another customer to help lift axele. However, time for rental started running when i entered store. Similar on return. No paperwork for me on pickup or return. will never rent there again. shame that uhaul allows contratirs like this

Walk around the truck with the customer. I was charged for 6 cushion mats and a pulley that I did not use, but since they were on the truck and the staff member did not walk around with me I was charged once returned. I was also charged for two days instead of one day use, I was also charged 29.99 instead of 19.99 for the truck.
