I need to be called. I only had the truck for 2 days. But y'all are trying to charge me for 2 weeks and 117 miles and I didn't drive more than 30 miles. I'm not paying almost $900.

Val WMy experience was top notch with both the pickup and drop off locations. I would recommend Uhaul to anyone doing a self move.
matthew sMaintain maintenance on equipment. The tire pressure was extremely low (28 psi at pick up), was out of windshield washing fluid and the windshield was dirty, and the oil changed light was on. The back of the van needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of trash stuffed into the sides. Also the station attendants at the location did not really know anything about the U-Haul reservations so it made it really confusing at pick up.
Asita HHi there, I am sorry as I never write a bad review, however, this time is warranted. The process was a little undesirable and confusing. Once this was completed I open the truck to see how gross it was inside and did send a pic of the cup holder that had all kinds of sticky stuff and the floor wasn't clean at all and the sticky stuff must have dripped down from the console to the floor. Also, there was no gas in the vehicle at all which was nuts as I was on a time constraint. Another thing is I had paid for a utility dolly which was not in the truck. I would like to please request a refund on the $7 as well as any other compensation you deem necessary for the dirty truck and without gas. anthony sItems were not provided, such as connecting plugs for the taillights. Not everyone has this attachment for their vehicle. And I went to two (2) U-Haul stores just to be directed all the way across town to find what I needed at a corner store affiliate ... not economical.
John GMake sure the person that's checking out the information is actually in front of the person instead of being on the phone. Do not sign anyone's paperwork for them. Email the contract and print it out. Every U-Haul should have the option to print contracts out. Go outside when it's time to check the person in and out instead of staying in the store and tell them they're free to go once they pay the money.

TOUSSAINT JLocation was nasty and people were difficult to communicate with. Homeless camp in woods right behind the grass lot were trailer was parked. This was my first time dealing with this location and I will not be back.

John GIndividual did not check uhaul in when customer returned trailer, hardly recognized the customer. Customer received two calls from uhaul office to verify that the trailer was returned within in the time frame and at which location it was dropped off at.
John MI originally selected pickup at the closest location to the airport, and at the last minute the system shifted my pickup location 10+ miles away, which I didn't appreciate, but otherwise a great experience.

christina mI rented a 6x12 trailer and it was in horrible condition. It was missing the jack to raise and lower the trailer, and there was no one there to help me. The store owner was never there but had the liberty to charge my card as he felt. The employee took a picture of my ID and card and the owner emailed me later. I was charged for insurance that I didn't consent to and I was charged an extra day because I couldn't get it off my truck by myself. If this is what I have to deal with then I'll go to Home Depot and rent a trailer. I also called customer service two days in a row and was left on terminal hold. I would really appreciate a phone call from someone that can rectify this situation.
Andre TSent me cross-country with a busted driver's-side wiper, no wiper fluid, consistent oil leak (had to keep refilling), and check engine light flashing every 200 miles or so. When manager was contacted, he was rude, clearly did not read my email, or was unable to comprehend the content.
Shannon GThe trailer was towed all weekend, and the surge brake did not work. So it was slamming into the hitch every time i stop or pull off. that feeling in my back bas horrible. These should be tested, they have trucks to test with. I should get a refund or credit for this rental

Dominic AThis location at broward rd is very sketchy I had to talk to some guy that worked at the gas station over the phone and was rude and demanding a card number over the phone and if I ever have any charges made after I will be suing but the cargo van itself was good only had 1000 miles really good with gas too but just the pick up location was not good at all
Eudes CThe truck smelled like sweaty workers. The steering wheel was very rugged and dirty. There was a strong odor that smelled like an overheated radiator. The AC was only cooling while driving. The truck was shaking terribly when reaching 60 mph…sometimes at 40 mph. This truck needs to be serviced asap.
Alicia BThe truck was heavily soiled, reaped of a urine smell and had roaches. The gas needle went from 1/4 tank of gas to empy in 6 miles. The owner of this establishment was extremely rude when I brought the vehicle back and spoke to him of the problems. I only used this establishment because it was recommended by uhaul after my original rental time was incorrectly entered. Please avoid this establishment.

Danny RI first rented a UHAUL from the location on EDGEWOOD Ave on Wednesday for the following Saturday. Well someone from UHAUL on edgewood called me that following Friday and said I had to rent the truck on Dunn Ave. Many more miles away and more funds for milage and gas. I had no choice but to go to the Dunn Ave office. It was too late to make other arrangements due to I had help for Saturday and they were only available that day.The office on EDGEWOOD let me down. I have rented from the edgewood office befor and got great service. But this time I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I want to make it very clear that the Dunn Ave office was very Professional. I had zero problems with that site. I am now waiting to see my bill.

WILLIAM RThe truck had not been cleaned and there were plenty roaches. There was no hand truck and the blankets bag was not sealed and appeared to have several missing and I assumed the bag was roach infested. I reported it to U-haul and was told that I was due some sort of refund. I was also charged with one additional mile and the gas gauge report was not accurately reported. I dropped the truck off without well in advance of my due date and time but without any proof of the truck being properly cleaned and gas up. Khamil OI arrived beforehand there were no UHAUL customer service people there to assist me. There were only a young lady at the store that assisted me but no UHAUL personnel, She called the guy to see if he could return but he didnt return, so I had to give him my information over the phone. I had question about my bill
RODERICK RBetter management would be a start. I ordered a 20 ft truck and it was not where I was suppose to pick it up. I got lucky cause another site had 26ft truck but was charged for the 26 ft. The site that I was suppose to pick up the truck should have called around and found me a vehicle instead I had to go to another place just for them to tell me they didn't have one , but they did let me know where one was just was bigger then what I needed
