Jacob Followell1st off I I payed my $100 deposit plus payed $163 or $164 for a 26" box truck when I picked it up after hours the app was unsuccessful and nearly impossible to get the payment process key ect. We spent a total of 4 hours trying to just get it and I successfully got it payed for at 5:00 I didn't end up getting axcess to the key till about 6:00 or later and the app said I had to have it back by 5:00 the following day so i ended up bringing it back an hour early instead around 4:00 exactly and not to mention i also put $50 in the gas tank and only drove it a total length of 1hr so i left more gas in the vehicle than there was in it when i got it and i also cleaned the whole vehicle when i was done swept it and all and when i went to return it a hour earlier than the expected arrival time mind you I still never got my $100 deposit back all i got was $84 or $85 I can't remember the exact but it's one of the 2 i couldn't bring the receipt back up but I feel like that was dirty not to give me my $100. Deposit back when I was an excellent customer and left it in better shape than it was far as the return process super easy everything went through smoothly and efficiently and we got it done in a matter of 5 mins other than some flaws all and all if give en a 6/10

tim flintI was told verbally what the charge was but the receipt e-mailed showed $0.00 equipment charge, $0.00 due. With This I have no idea how much I was charged for the truck rental. May be you need to go back to hard copy receipts so people can review them before they leave.

Dustin LennertIf they live near Georgetown. My attempt to rent a truck near my location was not good at all the nearest place that could accommodate r was in Georgetown 2 hours away. The attendant was very helpful and accommodating he even waited for me because I had to drive from Columbus Ohio. I was not happy with the vehicle it was clean but the tires were worn, the engine light was on and the tank was not full. Starting out it cost me $90 to put gas in the truck which used up almost 1/3 tank just to get back to Columbus, when I reached my final destination it cost me close to $100 to return truck with gas I did not appreciate the fact that I was given a truck with low fuel, and possible maintenance problems and had to drive two hours to get this. As a single female moving I was trusting that I would have felt comfortable traveling in a "UHAUL" truck, instead because I had no choice but to take the chance on this vehicle, I was stressed the entire way back to Columbus and to my final destination. What you can do for the next customer if y maintain your trucks and start them with a full tank of gas expecting a full tank back

Teddy GeeslinPlease find a different reservation system. What we went through was ridiculous. Having to drive 6 hours to pick up our 2nd truck was miserable and unacceptable. Apparently, Uhaul shouldn't be in the long-distance one way game and if people knew this is the possibility, they wouldn't be. It's not worth the risk/expense! Any $ you may save up front, you spend on fuel and having to hire labor to come back after you can get the trucks. Please see comments from Willcox, AZ location regarding this reservation. And note I was in Queen Creek, AZ. A map will show you the insanity that my moving day turned into. Moving is difficult, Uhaul made it excruciatingly painful.

This location was out in the middle of nowhere and added a great deal of time to our trip and the people who kept changing the location were very rude. I made this reservation a long time ago and they should have a truck available at a closer location!

KENNETH DARIN MCGHEEIt's been a very difficult year with all that's happened with Covid-19 along with personal issues I've had. I had this storage unit for 13 months. Sometime between Christmas of last year 2019 and March 2020 my unit was burglarized, approximately $3500 of items stolen! It was very frustrating to learn there wasn't any surveillance at the premises. My unit was in the very far back facing a remote farm field. Whoever broke into my storage had full reign because of where my unit was like not being near the road or front entrance. I didn't appreciate the reply when I contacted the office about the incident. They replied that maybe someone I personally knew committed the theft! I found that very insulting!! And then it was reminded to me that I didn't purchase property insurance! That felt like it was being thrown at me like it was all my fault. Very much inappropriate I thought! I would've immediately moved my things out back in March when I had discovered the theft but like I mentioned things were very difficult then, as well as COVID-19 surfacing shortly thereafter. Things that were stolen included a pair of vintage standing congas that meant a great deal to me, a stereo system, large digital TV, a mattress to my daughter's trundle bed, another custom hand drum and some clothing. My fiancé and I tallied up the total loss: About $3 500+ in all. We reported this to the Brown County Sheriffs office. My hope is someone will see those congas (very sentimental to me) somewhere if they were sold or are being used, and will contact me. I'm a musician and I have other musicians on the lookout.

Susan BeanOk i booked a trailer with a ramp and a 10ft truck to haul it. I got a email saying my pick up location was Georgetown when it was actually Batavia 2 city's over. So after driving to what i guess is the drop off the owner felt so bad he scrambled to take care of me so i didnt have to drive a hour for nothing. So expecting that my cost was 45$ an mileage i found that it was 90$ and mileage. So my experience is your company sucks ive now applied for a small business loan to buy a trck vs using your company ever again. Your prices are never right, ive used your company 3 times in april to move my home buisness to a new location an its been nothing but trash every time. The only reason im putting 5sars is the guy that took care of me was very on the ball.

David SmithWhen I was told if I checked the truck in from an app on my phone it would knock $20 off of my total, I didn't think that was a bad idea. I didn't so it because I forgot. So when I received my bill in my email, there as a $20 return fee of the truck because it was closed. I only has the truck for 5 hours. Plus make sure you take pictures of the inside of the truck before and after so you don't get charged a $25 clean up fee. So my total went from $80 to $127. What a joke. Never rent again from Georgetown.
