Brown’s is my “go-to” place when I need to rent a trailer.
robert sThe vehicle was supposed to be able to be picked up without having to enter the facility and go through checkin with attendant. This was not possible, and it caused delay. Furthermore, the attendant proceeded to renter all of the data that I had already completed online, and when doing so she reset the cost, which simultaneously changed the originally quoted price to my online account. This then took longer time to remedy. Seems as though the attendant at the pickup location needs further instruction on those accounts who are setup online prior to arrival.
David LYou should really ask if the overall experience with UHAUL was good, the location areas were both great. The issue we had is we scheduled a pickup at 12 central time which is 1 pm eastern we we live. we were expecting to drop off at 1pm but because this location and UHAUL had to change the pick up time our drop off time was also changed which i found out later and we were not happy with that. So now due to this we had to change our trip and last location and ended up driving home late Wednesday night. We were planning a stop but due to it being 4 hours away, there was going to be no way that we were going to make it there by the new changed time of 10,33 am....overall that was very disappointing.

BRANDON WWe rented from here 3 times in a row during the week. We were consolidating a few buildings into one and the uhaul was clean and well maintained. On top of that the staff at this location was top notch. Easy going, very efficient and polite EVERY single time we spoke or I came in to pickup and drop off. This will be my uhaul place and will recommend anyone local to them 100 %!!!

Kevin MThe online rental app did not work causing an hour and a half delay. We finally called and a young man completed transaction. Very frustrating I will not ever rent from a site that does not have in person rental personnel.
don sAfter picking up the rental, a link is texted by uhaul for response. It expires 10 to 15 minutes after sending. It would have been helpful if the renter would have informed me as I missed the link and it could not be resent.

David TLock your credit card after payment because they will find reasons to charge 150$ plus the next day after drop off!! Mike is a rude bastard who steals money right out of your account. Ignorant man considering banks can reverse transactions!! Use a different service folks!
Sharon WI've been trying for days to retrieve a receipt, no one on line will respond. I was charged for furniture dollies I did not receive, the $39 for rental was over $80 without a receipt. My next move is the BBB
Bruce NThey could have taken the initiative to give me a brief tutorial on the equipment. They seemed to assume that I needed none. For the most part I didn't but that is because I am an experienced mover. They initially did not have the furniture pads loaded. They flagged me down before I left. They did not go over anymore-existing damaged places on the truck. When I went to turn it in I saw a few for which the little "quick claim" circle had fallen off. I am thankful the receiving location took my work on that.
Jerry CVery very nice folks and super helpful. I also want to give a shout out the service and person on the 1-800 number we called to get the drop off location. Someone answered promptly - wow - and they were super helpful and friendly. Sounded like a nice local guy and it meant the WORLD to me that I did not get some call center with endless menus in god knows where. This alone would make me always use UHAUL and tell everyone I know to!!!!!!!!
