Dropped the U-Haul off only to get a call the next morning saying I was going to get charged for not turning the U-Haul in to the correct location. Also dropped the U-Haul off with 1/2 tank of gas (1/4 tank MORE than required) and was given no credit. Even though when we picked the truck up it was on empty.

I even called hauls customer support line and was on hold for almost 30 minutes. More than a hour after my initial pick up time I still didn't have access to the truck. I won't be using uhaul in the future due to how horrible the service at this location was.
