The attendant did the paperwork and told me to unhook and drop the trailer in the gravel they would move it later, not good customer service as far as I'm concerned. I am 70 years old with bad knees and was left to do this myself.

I was lied to and overcharged. I called and requested 2 extra days. I was told it would be $40 for the truck and $20 for the trailer per day. After i dropped them off I was charged $186. Supposedly it was for the insurance. The issue is I called and they told my one thing and charged another.

Charged me $375 in late fees, when I delivered the trailer the evening of the day I rented it. I have tried to dispute the charge and am constantly on hold and nobody calls me back

First, I found out this was my pick up location only after arriving at my scheduled location. No one called, no one e-mailed, no one texted. I found out by showing up and learning I didn't have a trailer. Meanwhile, I have people showing up in 15 minutes to help me move stuff from a storage unit into the trailer, but I have to drive 30 minutes away from my storage unit AND 30 minutes back. Once I arrive at the actual pickup location. It takes forever to process the actual rental because the employee did the whole damn thing on his PERSONAL CELL PHONE (including processing payment!!!). The whole time he's joking about how awful the place I'm moving to is while we are a couple miles outside of ‘Small-Town, ID”. It's not like people are clamoring to get into your thriving metropolis, and no you're not funny. Inside of the trailer was fine, and it was fully functional. However, the front of the trailer, to include chains, was covered in an oily film. I wouldn't recommend this location. It's possible that my annoyance at having so much time (my own and that of my friends who were coming out to help me transfer items from storage into the trailer) exacerbated my frustration with the clueless employee, the insufficient processing tools, and the filthy trailer. Or maybe that was really all that bad as well. Someone from traffic told me that my card would be credited $50 for the inconvenience. I wonder if their time is also worth so little.

The truck wasn't entered into the system as 24/7 pickup so we had to call and be on hold for about an hour before we could get the truck. The passenger seatbelt did not work even though the slogan says “your safety is our #1 concern”. We had to borrow a vehicle to bring all the passengers because of this causing us to spend even more money than anticipated. The truck had a dolly, about 50 moving blankets and a rolling cart inside that we did not order so they were just taking up room. The cab had pet hair and some food in center console and in the cargo area there was a broken piece of furniture. I would personally like some sort of refund for this nightmare.

Calling customers when you say you will to let them know when and where to pick up would be nice. Getting the correct information on the order would be nice. I had to pick up 200 miles away and you gave Me 200 extra miles which doesn't let me get off the road and back on for fuel without going over.

When I entered the drop-off location. I walked in and asked to be helped. The young man at the counter said he had no idea how to handle it and i would have to wait for the boss. He never once made an attempt to ask for the "boss". He then typed a little on the computer took a phone call and left without ever letting anyone know i was there waiting. Thats when I used the website to return my truck.

The service at Bruce's was great the U-haul mobile ap and the computer system needs help and did not work very well

the first place we were scheduled didn't have trailor that we reserved. I ended up with a 4" screw in my tire the second place I was sent to had a thrashed trailor. On the return of the trailor the lot person was excellent. you should offer a 25 % discout to a consumer when the equipment is not there when they reserved ahead of time.

The owner wasn't available to check me in. He had no other employee that could do it. He said I needed to wait 1 1/2 hours for his return to receive my tow dolly. I told him that didn't work for me. He said “tough” there was nothing he would do about it. He was VERY RUDE AND UNACCOMMODATING. it doesn't say anywhere on my contract that I was required to make an appointment to return the tow dolly. This rude guy should lose his Uhaul dealership! I told him I would be complaining to Uhaul and he said “go ahead he didn't care”. Very poor Uhaul representative.

This location is OK really. It's a garage/service station that looks like it. However, the people were friendly and efficient so that's fine for a return location. In and out.

The truck seemed like it have must needed some maintenance because the steering was hard to handle. I've driven several U-Haul trucks and this one did not handle properly nor did it feel safe! It was very a stressful drive.

We were going to pay cash then found out that there was $100 deposit that wasn't disclosed to us so we had to drive 28 miles round trip to the nearest bank branch that was open to deposit funds to be able to use my debit card. Huge inconvenience. You need to disclose that there is a $100 deposit if your paying cash. We could of made arrangements and been prepared. The business we picked up the uhaul closed at 1pm we were Suppose to pick u haul at 12pm. The business owner had to come back and open up just to rent us the u haul. Not the greatest experience renting from u haul. Considering our first reservation that day was cancelled due to no availability of truck, so we were refunded $50 dollars and directed to this other business where we had to not only waste our fuel but didn't pick up truck until 2 pm.

Confirm same day. There is no way for me to find out if rental available if I'm outside of cell coverage, hence almost missed ability to rent. Not open on Holiday even though I called to confirm with U-haul that they were. Nope!
