Wanted to rent a trailer from humboldt, they didnt have the right size was told bruno had the size and was told i could return it to humboldt and when i went to return it was told i had to take it back to bruno.

This is the second time being assigned this drop off location since March. In March we got there only to find out that they were actually closed. We called dispatch and they were very helpful assigning up a new drop off spot 50kms away. So this time I asked about this drop off location when I made the reservation and was told they were actually open now. We arrived to an unattended, dirty, run down car wash. The phone number provided to call upon Arrival was actually disconnected, there is no after hours drop box not that one should be required at 10:15 am anyway. So after talking to dispatch they said to do an online return and leave the keys under the seat since the drop box wasn't there. If I ever need a uhaul again In this area I will request a drop in Saskatoon or humboldt and pay the extra mileage not to have to deal with Bruno location again.

We have never seen anyone at the location. The trailer is left out so we took a picture when we left it to prove we dropped it off. It is very convenient for us to drop off.
