I had a hard time with the return. I did everything over my phone online. When we turning I didn't have the ability to scan the barcode for you to identify by location. For some reason, even though I followed all the suggestions this particular location was not able to be determined on my phone and I could not go forward with the return. I tried calling the 800 But it kept me on hold for about 25 minutes. When you are waiting alone in the dark in a auto repair shop, you don't feel very safe.Maurel S.
Last two times I rented it took an hour to return vehicle. Both times not clean. Window and interior are not cleaned between users.MICHAEL L.
I took me 30 minutes to check in and another 30 minutes to check out. App was a nightmare. Would not allow me to take photos. Other apps work fine with my camera.David J.
I only went to this location because it is close to my home. The App worked until there was no key in the dropbox. Apparently the guy at the site didn't move the key into the correct drop box, and it took over 30 minutes, standing outside in the cold, for the UNMASKED guy to emerge from the facility to retrieve the key. Clearly this person was not being paid enough to care. But he is not to blame (although his lack of concern was vexing). Technology for the sake of making more money for the corporate owners is un-American and unpatriotic. It eliminates jobs in order to deliver higher profits to the capitalists while leaving the middle class in the ditch. If your app was used exclusively for the convenience of after-hour transactions, I see the benefit. But there was no need to have me screw around with a faulty app that, at the end of the day, only cost me time.Joseph K.
I was over Charged! It was supposed to be 57 $and they charged me almost 90 $for what it says 19,99 for the whole day and I took it for cuple of hours to get my coutch! I rent brand new SUVs for while day cheaper than that!MJALLI H.

The U-Haul number and rep that I had to call due to the location managers being terrible were great. But the auto service store that houses the U-Haul is terrible. I would never go back and would turn other people away from going there... very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Just told me to call a number and left me outside with no direction of how to get the keys for the van.Adam H.

I gave this a bad review, I really taught that me going in personal was going to be a breeze, it didn't say that my location was thru the computer or I would of found a different pick up location.CHRISTIAN A.
I wish I would have known that pick up and drop off we're both done on my phone no matter when I pick up. Also, no emails indicated how to drop off. Only a sticker by the door. Other than that, it was very easy and ideal for people wanting a no contact pickup.Cameron M.

there were some issues with the cleanliness...There was a big dragonfly stuck inside the dash on the inside of the van, and food on floor as well as personal items left behind by previous owner. a moving dolly was also left in the van. those issues were resolved at payment. Merci.Luis G.
