Very reasonable and easy as 123 great service bubba Green towing should be the answers to your haul problems and car towing and service

Mike KIt is Jan 26, 2024 three weeks after I returned my rental. I still have not received my refund on my deposit. 21 days is really too long. Would really like my money back.

LUZ RVan was disgusting, had tire light on and ROACHES. No contactless pick up after dealing with app for 45 minutes, had to go inside to get the keys.
Hanna RCharged me for insurance even though I didn't want it. Lady said it was "required". Would not remove it

Stacey MThe gas was so low that the gas light was on when I picked up my rental. It had a low tire and the tire pressure light was on. It was not dirty but there were empty water bottles in the cabin. The staff was polite. The parking at the location is minimal and the parking lot is hard to navigate

Jeannie GI know Bubba Green personally and requested his location as the drop off destination. Called him directly on Sunday afternoon and made arrangements. Zero complaints in his end and I informed him of all the issues with the dolly.
david bRatchet on both sides were rusted and would not work, once I got to vehicle I could not secure car down. Had to purchase a can of WD40 to get ratchets to work. Dolly sits outside and lot of rain the few days before I rented so understand the ratchets rusting. Bubbas should have inspected though

VANESSA GThe gentleman owner, I assume Bubba, went out of his way to help me load a car on a trailer. He would not accept even a small gratuity and said "you always help someone load." That's remarkable and genuine humanity.
THOMAS CAll bumper trailers need to be add leg because a lot of women can't lift off of the hitch. A lot of men can lift because they are very stronger than women.

AMANDA GWhile friendly staff and clean equipment are really nice and make for a better overall experience, what was most important and the biggest thing to me was that the equipment worked!! The cab smelled a bit like urine but I traveled 1300 miles without a breakdown or mechanical failure. Merci!
