When the truck was dropped off I asked about the gas to make sure everything was ok. They gave me a paper that said it needed 1/4 tank. They checked the truck and said it was good. Then I get a receipt saying I got charged $57 total for fuel. This is ridiculous

My fiance and I had to spend 30+ minutes cleaning messes we did not make in the vehicle prior to returning it to avoid a service fee. It is upsetting that we were going to be held financially responsible for filth which was present in the vehicle upon receipt.

Charles DennyI've used Uhaul for many years and have rented many times, but this will probably be the last. This location was awesome, but it was not the first location I went to. I requested a location within 15 minutes and was sent to a place over 45 minutes away. They didn't even have the equipment I had rented. They did nothing to help. 5531 Beaver Pike in Beaver Ohio. I had to call myself and was sent even farther away to pick up my equipment. The entire ordeal took over 2 and a half hours and cost me a lot of travel time that day.

Jonathan KistlerNot a very clean or organized place of business. I had to ask the employee to sweep out the uhaul trailer it had a lot of leaves and oil in it. As soon as The trailer was hooked up to my truck I drove straight to the nearest car wash and washed it out. It wouldn't have been safe to haul my motorcycle in it without washing it out first. As far as the trailer and towing great as always.

James VoilesThey received the vehicle back under in town rental rather than one way that I had rented it for and charged over $900 mileage charge when I did not go over the miles that were included in the original contract. So now I'm having to deal with trying to get this straitened out and get my money back. The guy looked on the computer and said I was good to go so I naturally assumed everything was fine. Two hours later I get an emailed receipt for additional charges for as much as I paid originally.

Heather JenkinsMy only issue was with the original reservation which was directed to Jackson Michigan rather than Jackson Ohio. I started the process by calling a dealer in Ohio but your automated call system took over an the reservation got messed up. A call Sunday evening finally fixed it and I got what I requested on Monday morning.
thomas ohmanThere was only one place to park and it was very tight to get into. There was another customer that was leaving but stopped when we pulled in and were told they could get a uhaul there but were closed and it wasn't even 3:30.

Greg McLinRequested a pick up in my area but had to drive 70 miles round trip for this rental. Hard to believe three Uhaul companies in my area(zip45601) didn't have or could get what I was looking for. Also receiving my pick/ drop off location 2 days before my scheduled date is very unprofessional. Will be looking into purchasing my own trailer the next time.

Peter NahodylNot all employees had knowledge on how to rent the UHaul. Waited for about 30 minutes for someone to come and be able to process the rental. I did arrive earlier than my scheduled time but called the location in which stated the rental was ready whenever I was able to get to the location. Truck was clean but didn't run well. I only used the rental for 23 miles to move furniture but check engine light game on after about 11 miles of use. Location did do a thorough check of the rental upon return.

SUSAN CARPENTERI didn't like that I had reserved a 26' uhaul and a dolly for one price at uhaul.com to get to the shop to pick it up and them to tell me that someone else had already reserved the same one I did but I was the one there to pick it up which we had used a credit card to hold it. They then said all they had was a 20' which would have been fine but I had to pay the same price for a uhaul I didn't request that I was going to pay for the one I wanted. They did give me a discount on the cost per mile which was nice of them. Also they didn't have the dolly that I reserved. I think the site needs to be kept more up to date when offering people the ability to make reservations so they get what they want when they go to pick up the uhaul.

Robert HaymanI showed up at 9:10 am to pick up my 9:30 rental and the shop was closed and they didn't even arrive until 9:50 and still had to check in the truck from the previous renter. The truck was extremely dirty I had to clean out the back before I could load my things.

Felicia RhodesI reserved an appliance dolly only to get to p/u the truck and appliance dolly and they didn't have it so I had to go and find an appliance dolly elsewhere and had to have someone follow me to Xenia so I could drop off truck and they could take back the dolly. However I called the main number and they helped me with the mileage to compensate for the extra vehicle needed to return the dolly to Jackson Oh. So I am giving credit where credit is due so thank you for be helpful in this situation.
