I returned the truck the same day that I picked it up. It was not checked in the same day by the drop off location. U-Haul called asking when I was going to return it. I called the drop off location asking if the truck had been checked in yet. The woman told me that their boss was in India and “hopefully” they'd have the code to check in the truck within the next day or so. So far, I haven't been charged for them not checking the truck in until 3-4 days later.

The only trouble I really had was with the website when trying to get the keys. I had to submit pictures of my license 3 times and the overall process took about 25 minutes because the website was very slow. Other than that, everything was fine.

Experience was not good. I was sent to this location from another uhaul vendor because the original vendor did not have an appliance dolly per my reservation. I drove 10 minutes out of my way, went through the rental process again, only to learn this location also did not have an appliance dolly. I had to cancel and track down an appliance dolly on my own. Huge waste of time
