1) Incredibly long wait time to pickup a van that was already booked ahead (45 mins). Only one attendant who tried her best to help. 2) "Mileage out" on the vehicle was incorrectly noted. I was assured that adjustments will be made in the final bill. However, adjustments were not made and I was overcharged. 3) Facility was not clean.

We needed a 26 foot truck at the last minute after our other rental company cancelled our reservation at the last minute because they did not have any trucks available. Everything was perfect and the staff was very professional.

This is a fantastic location. They have been so helpful and friendly. The person who helped me was named Luis. He really made the whole process stress free and was wonderful to work withl.

I have been falsely charged over 400 dollars --- called for help, but I didn't get a timely response or a call back as I was promised. Moving is expensive, this unexpected cost associated to my Uhaul rental along with the delays causing me to pay the movers more is unacceptable. I really didn't expect this kind of service from Uhaul. I used this brand in order to have a smooth and easy experience. This is more expensive, which was fine - but not enough to get double charged for no reason and have NO SUPPORT from the company on how this will be fix and how I will be compensated for the delays.

The young man and lady that work there were extremely helpful and made my experience an easy one. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to this location for any future rental.

I was skeptical about the area but once I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful in particular an employee named Luis. Luis was very knowledgable about my transaction and was on point. The facility is clean. well maintained and service was quick. Overall UHaul needs more employees like Luis who are professional and customer savvy.

Uhaul is absolutely ridiculous! I receieved A voucher for one month free, due to renting a truck one way. Turns out, the facility I reserved did not accept the voucher...

I went the location at 225 SCOTLAND RD ORANGE,NJ 07050 & 1142 Broad St Newark, NJ 07114 and the service was horrible but when I went to 414 Raymond Blvd,#19733445500, the representative was so helpful I would recommend calling them first for rental if you are in that area. I am happy with there service and glad I went there 100 %

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The access to the storage rooms is easy. I would have appreciated longer access hours in the afternoon, but they were still quite convenient.

I rented this facility because i had to relocate to Las Vegas . I was sold the false impression that the rented unit was climate controlled. To my chagrin it was dusty and mice feces infested-DIRTY

Very dark, very dodgy. Definitely not recommended to go there by yourself in the dark. Dark, difficult to find key box. The online drop off procedure was a pain. The site crashed several times. Only downloading the app made it worked. But it also crashed twice. Not a pleasant experience.

The car was dirty, with empty water bottles and cardboards on the ground. I took pictures, hopefully you will not charge any extra fee from my credit card saying that I made those things.

So I had booked my van on another location for self pickup...however, on reaching there I had to call up the customer service to check and was then informed that there isn't any van available so was provided an alternative option elsewhere which I did take up . But this should have been informed to me in advance and not once I m already at the pickup location. Also this led to change in overalll charges and my estimated mileage which was based of my original booking. So in all I would say the customer service did handle everything after the problem but this was not good in terms of all the inconvenience caused
