The storage facility was well lit and maintained. It was in a very convenient location. The site had a gate but it was never closed. The staff was incredibly rude and confrontational without provocation; Simple and reasonable questions would be answered with hostility and attitude. An online system would add additional convenience and closing the gate would enhance security.
