#1 ** Answer The facility was clean but I have water on top of some of my big boxes and water inside other boxes as I notify the office and over the phone.

Every time I called in about it she would look at the camera's and say she didn't see us in the camera or well there was a storm and electric was out. It wasn't out. Always had an excuse why we couldn't get in. Last week was the best! My son couldn't get in again to storage. I called her the next day because she only in every other day. Once again she looked at camera and said she didn't see my son truck. We had proof we were there. She said the key pad was probably frozen that my son and I should each get a can of defroster to carry with us and spray the gate keypad. I'm like really?!?! I'm not paying for the damage of that plus isn't that why they have maintenance?! We moved to another Storage Facility. I would not recommend Budget!! No that Facility. I was always paid ahead by a month too!!
