I would not recommend. I thought the storage facility was ok. I never went to check on my things because why would I have to? It's locked! I left a clear path on the right to access our stuff. well when we unlocked our unit everything was toppled over and a mess. A tote of my comic books was all over the floor and my mattress was leaning against my tv box which was leaning at an angle on the corner of my tv stand. So I was just happy the screen wasn't damaged. I had nothing I could do with my couch cause it got moldy. Everything was nearly stacked before I left and it was chaos when we made our return.

Most of out Budget interactions were with Mike. It was truly a pleasure to work with Mike during our stay there. He was consistently helpful, accurate, friendly & personable. Having Mike as the face of this Budget location is a true asset to your business. In the season of holiday bonuses and rewarding employee loyalty, I can't think of someone more deserving than Mike.

My biggest complaint is the U-Haul website. I've had trouble with it before when renting a truck elsewhere. It's not a good site. It uses ambiguous wording and sometimes it won't accept a payment. Pay by phone; it's far more reliable. Also, I was given a garage with a door that didn't close properly, so I had to unload it, then come back and reload when I was given a better unit. That was a major inconvenience. Otherwise, service was great.

The unit was located 20 minutes from our home. We chose to commute to this facility because of the management, cleanliness and security. I always felt safe on the property no matter what time of day!

If you'd like to pay money and have all your items be moldy, then this is the storage place for you! Horrible experience and unhelpful staff. I don't recommend these facilities.
