The actual location and service attendant were fine. My 24/7 pick up wasn't working due to spot reception in that area caused by weather, and luckily I was able to go in and do it at the has station. My issue is we had rented a 15ft truck and when we arrived it was not there. Not the location's fault, it was due to a previous renter not returning the truck on time. We ended up having to take a 10ft truck with no ramp, which was not ideal, as initially we were trying to reserve a 20ft truck. We brought back the 10ft truck on time and with a full tank and I feel we were overcharged... Not a good experience. Not happy at all.

I don't know why you would send me one hour north to pick up a trailer when i found one in Wis. Rapids 20 minutes away. Also why did you wait till after 5pm to email me where to pick up the trailer. I got a text at 6am telling me to go one hour to pick up the trailer one half an hour before I was going to leave.Bud's cornermart was ok but your scheduling was terrible. Why would I reserve a trailer at one place and drive around the state to pick it up at the last minute.

The car transport was the wrong size, I told the kids behind the counter I was hauling a 2004 dodge ram 1500 quad cab short box and they said it would fit. It did not. I tried loading it anyway and had to leave the ramps extended for it to fit. This obviously wasn't safe and give the trailer no tongue weight. I ended up renting a different trailer from a buddy and returned the uhaul trailer. I then left the paperwork in the drop box at buds corner Mart as I was instructed to do to return the unit. The employees forgot to check the drop box so they charged me for a second rental even though the paperwork and trailer were returned as I was instructed to do. Extremely displeased! Now I wait for clay to call me back to sort this out.

First of all, I chose wild rose Wisconsin to be my pick up point. 2 hours before I left my house in fond du Lac Wisconsin to pick it up, I was notified that my pick up point was in Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure this out. My aunt lives in Wautoma wi. She fell ill and a handful of us family had to drive there to pack up her belongings and move her things to a storage unit in fond du Lac. Picking up from the wild rose location would have saved us time and miles. For uhaul to suddenly change our pick up point, which was a 76 MILE ROUND TRIP, was the worst possible thing that could happen. Uhaul did add an additional 40 miles to our daily milage, as the distance from Wisconsin Rapids to wild rose is 36 miles. I will NEVER trust renting from uhaul ever again.

A few issues: 1. I had asked for an appliance dolly but there wasn't one available yet I was still charged for the appliance dolly. 2. I called early AM before my truck was due back and asked if it was ok that I'd be running late because I didn't want to be charged a second day. The woman I talked to confirmed it was okay and there were no issues. The young man there when I returned the truck ended up having me pay for 2 days anyway. I would have pressed to get the truck back earlier had I known I'd be charged despite my guarantee I wouldn't be. 3. There were no straps in the truck. Every truck I've rented has had the straps supplied for safety. Overall disappointment on the personal end. The truck itself was maintained nicely and smelled good.

There was nothing wrong with the location, the problem was the online reservation then three calls to customer service only to get to the location and nothing was correct. Nothing about this proceeds was smooth or easy I would not recommend uhaul to anyone and will avoid using services again at all costs

Drivers door needs adjustment...needed to be slammed in order to be shut tightly. I forgot to mention this to the manager when I returned the truck. Great service however!!!

This location was more than 15 miles out of the way from my contract's initial pick-up site. I understand that Buds didn't make this happen, and the staff there were excellent, but this tarnished my U-Haul experience.
