got to the location he could not find the keys very sketchy location then could not find tablet this process usually takes about 30 minutes I was at this location for an hour and thirty minutes never at this location again Richie is a joke

Very disappointed with the whole situation. Vehicle and extras were not ready for pick up. App didn't work for online pick up. The right dolly was not available, and to make things even worse, more then halve of the blankets were soaking wet.

This location is terrible to work with. They charged us incorrectly for our rental AND processed two different payments. Overcharging us twice. We were never refunded the amount owed. We were instead charged even MORE a week later.

Honestly that location shouldn't exist. Bula Fiji Mart is a uhaul location, convenience store, and pawn shop that had cops rolling in looking for stolen goods

Don't charge a customer twice. Do not create two contracts for 1 customer. Do not charge me for 2 contracts as I only drove 1 truck.

The location was closed during regular business hours. There was a hand written sign on the door that said would return in several days. The location was very chunky and disorderly. The lot was dirty and full of trash.

No equipment was there that I ordered the truck I ordered was not in the Dooley I wanted was not there from the last time I used you ordered I didn't ordered blankets all over very badly except outcome.

This location is dirty and run down. I received a call an hour before my pick up to collect the truck at a different location. I then had to drive to this location and check in to my rental. They didn't have anyone to go get the truck before I got there. It was a lot going on.

Was sent to another location after there was no truck where we were told to pick it up. Had to drive further out to find a truck. Then Noone was even at that location at all, had to call to get someone there to get the keys. Then I was charged TWICE.... ONCE FOR $140,09 & $178 50..

Reservation was for 7 am, I waited until 9:14 am for someone to arrive at the location to give me the keys because they were locked inside the business. Then I was charged 3 times for the one rental and had to file a fraud claim with the bank to get them removed

Nothing really. They had the wrong truck on my reservation but they gave me the smaller truck price for the big truck and a break on the price per mile. Good customer service, great price

It was dirty it smelled a beer it had a beer in it and it was really it had no gas in it it took $100 to fill it up and no I do not recommend these people at all or we got this. I was told I keep it till 3:30 the next day but he ordered me to have it back at this 3: 3o. I do not recommend them.

This is a busy C store and not a uhaul store. They don't give you any paperwork as do the other locations, everything is through email. They ran our credit card 5 times incorrectly (used the wrong address )and froze our bank account. Terrible experience.

I arrived only to be told my reservation was cancelled. I didn't cancel it - they did! When they rebooked it, they tried to force me to purchase upsales, which they relented on, but these were things that I'd declined when I made the reservation. "Rebooking" also took nearly a half hour, making the entire process far too slow. In the end, although it took too long, I got the exact rental at the same price as the original reservation.

Needs to be on time, making sure all numbers on the odometer are correct, had I not checked I would have been overcharged by 60 miles. Not a happy camper.

The man that rented the uhaul was rude and disrespectful. He could have been more understanding and not so loud.

was not told insurance was being added to bill for $ 25 dollars. MY auto insurance covers towing a trailer. Dealer did transaction on I phone -so I had no paper receipt. did not know about insurance charge until I got home and looked at my e mail . not happy about that charge

Location was fine. However once again I had a reservation for a 10 ft box truck and there was no 10 ft truck there. Had to get a more expensive 15 ft truck. Not happy that this happened, but I still needed a truck, so I got the 15ft.

The tie down strap on the car hauling trailer was broken and employee could not speak English well enough for me to understand him.

We returned the truck with the proper gas in it and told the lady there it was good. However, when I received my bill I noticed they charged me additional for gas. No one was there to check us in, nor check the truck behind us. We trusted her; however, no one was around to monitor the intake and she never came out with us to check.

The trailer evidently had recap tires, and one of them delaminated as we were driving down the interstate at 70 miles an hour. Fortunately, my husband heard the rubber flapping and stopped before there was any serious damage to life, limb, and property--but he had to sit by the side of the highway in 90 degree heat waiting for an hour and a half for a tow truck to come replace the tire. UHaul did refund my charges fully, but I am still very disappointed that no one called or emailed to apologize to me (I requested a call), and that they would let a trailer go out with shoddy tires on it. Why would you put recaps on a commercially rented trailer?
