You charged me for the amount of km not miles (1,59xkm) you should have charged (.99xkm) or (1,59xmiles) Not impressed. I won't be using uhaul or recommending it ever again.Samantha P.
I rented 2 dolly along with Van, but he didn't give me none. Unfortunately I wasn't happy at all moving without any dolly. For next time, although he seems very friendly, he can be more faster computer processing as well as must wear mask for protect others that's would be very appreciated.Noriko M.

App wasn't working. Had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes for some one to tell me to put the keys in the mailbox and leave the vehicle and call the location tomorrow. Called the next day to verify the return. Was charged 1 900 $extra for extra mileage. But the person who received the vehicle didn't check the odometer which we had changed to KMs, and charged us as if they were miles. Spent 45 minutes waiting for uhaul to answer customer service line, only to have a file number created and told someone would call me back within 72 hours. Still haven't heard backâ€¦.Jamie R.
The process of pickup was so time taking and wasting, I couldn't get the vehicle for close to one hour due the the person issuing the car was not experienced in the process. My appointment was missed. The car was not clean, drink cap/cork in driver's door pocket, The gas tank was not totally filled up and there was no way to determine the gas level when returning the van, so I ended up filling up for the excess, that's not good !Julie E.

This location the 97th St Bulk Buy was so bad, I had to phone Uhaul Customer Service at least 6 times and email the Customer Service team again at least over 8 times. Finally through email for the Truck that was Damaged and leaked like crazy they gave me 6 free days. Then as I knew this was going to happen when I went to return the Truck a day early washed and with extra gas in it, they tried to play games and say there was a problem and to just leave and they would bill me later! I laughed and said No way! Your not playing that game with me. So eventually I returned the Truck to the 51st Ave location and they at first tried to charge me over 280 dollars, then 2 managers stepped in and after calling Uhaul and standing around outside then inside for 10 minutes each one of the Managers waved the 18 dollars, whitch is what I did owe for 52 extra miles, which in the end was nice as I was done and I mean done with the whole rental experience from a damaged truck that leaked like crazy through a rain storm the whole 800kms on the way there, to him then trying to play games on the return. In the end I should have just gone to the 51st Ave location, which is always busy yet worth the wait.DANIEL K.

They were very attentive with their vehicles and ensure that all is well before and after the rental. A little setback with the pick up due to miscommunication but nothing major and did not affect the services.Leanne B.
