I got OVER CHARGED, JUST BECAUSE I DROPPED OFF THE EQUIPMENT EARLIER & I DIDN'T TURNED IT IN ON THE APP. SO BECAUSE OF THAT I GOT CHARGED EXTRA $20 !!

AUGUST MI didn't know there were 2 Bull Moose Locations however, that's my fault for not paying attention to my emails. The employees were amazing, and took care of me very quickly. The experience was truly hassle free. I'd highly recommend renting from either of their locations for your moving needs. Also, for quicker check-in, use the online check in tool that is available in the confirmation email they send, makes everything a lot easier.

Kenny UThe drop off process took a long time and was frustrating, especially in the dark. The location was not well lit, so not very inviting. There was no personnel there as it was after hours.
RASHELL AI chose to do phone pick up because I thought it would be faster and it was a pain and made us leave later than our pick up time. But the worst part, and I still need to claim this to UHaul, is that they charged us double without previous notice, based on Fuel. I was never told we would be charged DOUBLE, otherwise we would have come up with another option. We are definitely not using this service again and we won't recommend it to anyone

VANORA RRental contract had a return location that wasn't open on the day of rental return nor two days prior. Instead of offering an extra day of use to return the rental on a business day, I was forced to choose between a $20 "After hours return fee" or late return fee noted at the bottom of the contract. The pickup location is not responsible for the hours of the return location, but there should be measures to avoid the customer being placed in a catch-22 situation.

ROBYN HI reserved my truck one week in advance, I tried to check in the night before to ensure my move went smoothly, but was unable to do so since I was not at the pick up location. When I got the location I had to wait 45 minutes for ID approval, i received a text stating someone would call to finish the process. No one ever called, I had to call and sat on hold for 30 minutes. I then was finally able to get ahold of a chat rep who took another 15 minutes to get my reservation to the next step. I did not receive equipment that I had explicitly reserved, which lead to even more frustration after being put behind schedule. I have used U-Haul many times and have never had such a difficult time, this was stressful and a lot of time was wasted.
Derik WDon't send that many email to just rent a trailer. Please have the trailer way less noisy. It rattles non stop. The hitch didn't get in very well because of the attachment system, the door cannot be really close because it closes with chains, the chains rattle the whole way. Renting was excellent, equipment was terrible

LEON OThe truck was pretty beat up. The mirror on the drivers side was broken. There was a rock chip in the windshield. The truck served its purpose. The people at the dealership were nice and helpful.

VICKI LI hated every minute with these guys. Made my whole trip miserable. Told me they were going to call the police if I didn't return the rental right away because they couldn't extend it because she (Kristen) said she just couldn't.. even though I talked to the owner and he said I could have it an extra 2 days. I had a job lined up and was going to make money but had to cut it short. So I couldn't make the money for the extra days and gas. I will never ever suggest someone use uhaul. That was one of the worst business I've dealt with. They shouldn't treat people like garbage if they want to stay in business. The rental was disgusting. The middle console kept falling out and hopefully they aren't charging people for any of that. The chuck guy that came to fill my gas didn't put in the 3 gallons he said he did. The odometer was 40 miles off from the paper I got for contract. All in all a horrible experience. I want a refund.
Charles FGoogle maps gives the wrong directions and even tho the business is aware of that they don't tell you when your making the reservation. Very inconsiderate and time consuming.
