I originally signed up for a 15' van because it said it was available online. I was then called the next day from a Regional manager because that size van wasn't available. The website should be kept up to date by the minute to reflect what is actually available at each location.

Parking lot was not plowed, we had received 2 inches or more of snow overnight. The lock on the key box was difficult to open-- the video instructs you to be "gentle" with pushing on the lever but that didn't work. After calling the number, the lady told us to push hard on it. We had to push really hard on the lever for it to open (the video said NOT to do that). The odometer on the truck was switched to show mileage from A trip, which did not match what was reported prior to dispatch, so we had to struggle with figuring out how to switch the dash so that it was showing the correct mileage. The whole process took much longer than we expected.

The windshield wiper was broken. We tried to get it fixed before we left and It broke again quickly. It was raining so it was very inconvenient and not safe. The downshift seemed really hard. Thankfully. We are only traveling a couple miles. If you were taking this U-Haul on a further journey I don't think it would be safe.

Drop off location did not open until 11:00 am Monday Thru Friday. No body around at 08:00 did not receive an email from the drop off center for the final payment. You have to use the stupid app to return the equipment. I guess the next time I have to rent from you I will have to find some where that is open earlier than 11:00 am the day is half over by then

This particular service provider is the B E S T overall "bee" small u-haul service in area for multi available units of choice and in communication. Thank u so much bumble bee! For being the best and continued service from KB motors. For myself it's 1st and ONLY choice.

Signed paperwork and hooked and was gone. Real quick and easy. Had the equipment I needed. Be going back for future needs
