Great communication and helpful.
JESSIE RThe windshield wiper was broken. We tried to get it fixed before we left and It broke again quickly. It was raining so it was very inconvenient and not safe. The downshift seemed really hard. Thankfully. We are only traveling a couple miles. If you were taking this U-Haul on a further journey I don't think it would be safe.
JOSHUA FDrop off location did not open until 11:00 am Monday Thru Friday. No body around at 08:00 did not receive an email from the drop off center for the final payment. You have to use the stupid app to return the equipment. I guess the next time I have to rent from you I will have to find some where that is open earlier than 11:00 am the day is half over by then

Jason CSpotless UHaul inside the passenger cabin to the inside of the hauling section as well. Quick and exceptional service. Extremely friendly and again cannot speak out how clean and fresh smelling the entire unit was top to bottom.
