The truck smelled awful. The steering wheel left black marks on my hands because the outer covering was gone. The engine made a high pitched whining sound and there was less than a quarter of a tank of gas, which was odd since I picked it up at a gas station.

The van smelt like pee. It was the biggest challenge to actually get in the van and it cut into my rental time. The surroundings also were very dirty. The site and app to check in and check out also does not work in that area. Had to call customer service and have a delayed experience to be able to utilize the van

The truck I rented have low tire pressure/ flat. I have to pay and pump air to get the truck going. This location is no help. And don't care. It's take it or leave it attitude.

The check out service was very slow. The store clerk had to call for help with checking out the truck several times. We had reserved a handcart but there was not on available. It would also have been helpful to have had a full fuel tank rather than having to refuel right away.

The people at the location did not check the truck in from the previous customer, so I could not check it out. It took like an hour to pick up the truck because the person did not know how to operate the software. The mobile check out and mobile check in was completely useless, even with good wi-fi and data signal. It was unable to upload pictures of the condition of the truck and the mileage/fuel gauge. Upon return the app was not able to confirm my location even with location services turned on as it said I needed to do. Luckily the place opened in the 20 minutes that I was trying to return the truck online and I was able to return it in person. I am not sure what I would have done if I had to pick up or drop off the truck completely with the mobile app.
