Johnathan T.We were having a lot of trouble with the u-haul app. Wouldn't load pictures, wouldn't load rental information, etc. We went inside to see if the young man at the desk could help and he just pointed to a number and said call that number. It took is 30 mins to even start the pick up process and then another 30 when we went to turn it back in. Please work on your app. Thx
