Iwas very pleased with the service I had received they were very helpful showing me my storage and I was surprised of the first month free rent.This really help me because at the time I was in a tight budget and wasn't sure if zi could afford the U hale but because of this one time Special it help me to be a blessing to.my daughter to move her things into a storage.Thank you UHaul

Jacob CastilloStaff was not professional and not prepared to be working at this facility My visit was the worst the equipment was not ready and I was missing items that I had rented and on top of that I didn’t even get that discount it from my bill The staff did not bother to go update the pictures on the truck before renting it the pictures that are on the account when your check out are very in accurate the truck had many damages and those were not the pictures to check out the truck very poor experience The staff needs to get out more and make an effort for their job

WILLIAM DOUGLAS GOODMANI originally was scheduled (guaranteed) at Tires2Go. They said the 26' had not been returned yet, but they conveniently were loading a 26' with used tires at the same time. 2 hours later I was called by a rep and moved to a 15' truck at this location FOR THE SAME PRICE as the 26'. Talk about not only a huge inconvenience, but then Uhaul basically stole the difference in the trucks from me, even though it was not my fault.

ANN WILLIAMSNo one was there when we went to pick up. Very unfriendly when she did arrive. No help at all. I Do Not like having no paperwork & talking to customer service in person. Customer service person over phone talked over me. Truck was fine.

Jennifer HallI rented this uhaul and gave an estimated amount of mileage way over what I know I would use. 20 miles. The uhaul was dirty. There was major damage that had to be pointed out and when I returned the uhaul after driving 6 miles the lady entered in my mileage as what I estimated and over charged me. I won't be returning to this location.

Joshua CarrUpon showing up I was not told to sign any confirmation on the rental of the box truck other than verbal "has half a tank, return with half a tank." I returned it with half a tank and later that night noticed a gas charge of over $38.00. Called u-haul to dispute it, which they recieved the before pic and after pic showing mileage and gas on both as half a tank. Turns out the lady who works there filled out the paperwork as 7/8 tank full and verbally told me it was at 1/2 tank when I looked at the vehicle again. ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO TAKE A PIC OF THE CLUSTER BEFORE AND AFTER YOU DROP OFF THE VEHICLE.

ESMERALDA SABEDRAI showed up to drop off truck at 555pm, location was supposed to be open until 6pm, but closed. No instructions as to what to do with truck or keys. Had to call main uhaul number for instructions, then they charged me for fuel when I returned truck with same amount of fuel I picked it up with.
brian wearAfter completing online return the property manager told me she did not deal with uhaul. Yet that was address I was told to go to and the uhaul sign was clearly posted. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Victor UribeThe building is filthy and falling apart. The lady, Sue, is insanely slow and waited on every rent customer that came through door before finishing my rental. I was verbally told could bring truck back anytime on Sun. since closed, as long as there before Mon. morning. I was erroneously charged 2nd day rentals. Then after everything cleared bank and paid on 6th, I was charged an additional $149,9 on the 7th which I've had to file fraud on.
