Nobody inspected my hookup, or my trailer hitch, one of the trailer tires was flat and they would not air it up I had to pay to air it up myself, the bathroom at the location literally had a note on the door about possibly dying if you enter so my fiance couldn't use the restroom
Anthony MSlow to check in, typical for a gas station however, the location was convenient. It seems strange that I had to provide the same information I had already provided on line and in my profile. Check out should have been 2-3 minutes. My main issue is that the added on a non approved charge.
KENNETH WCustomer service was awful. The truck was parked properly in a parking space alongside other Uhaul equipment. The man working was rude and told us we had to move it to another space. We asked for it to be checked in at that time and to get a printed receipt. He refused and said that one would be emailed later. The truck was dropped off clean with the correct amount of fuel. We were charged a refueling fee and never received the email. I will never do business with this location again for Uhaul, fuel or anything else.

Kenneth TFind associates who are able and willing to explain things in English. Associates should hear, understand and communicate the business dealings with the customer assuring that nothing is left in the open. Verify the reservation and details prior to just charging people an amount.

GERARDO MI went in & waited long to be helped. My information was incorrect entered. I was told the trailer I reserved was not available. Then when I mentioned the $50 guarantee it was shown to me. I wasnt able to use it because there was no ramp so I returned it a couple of hours later. I was still charged for 2 days because they never checked it in properly. Too busy doing other personal things.
Carolyn OThis location was clueless on connecting the trailer hitch. Told me to go hook it up and they would take a picture. I had not seen one like this and asked if I connected it correctly. He said, YES! People do this all the time! I said would you check it?? He said, "It's right!" I drive a half mile down the road and at 45 miles per hour… the trailer pops off the hitch!!!! It almost caused me to wreck as it swerved around behind me being pulled by the safety chains. This location needs to know how to hook up a trailer if they are going to rent them!
CHRIS STruck was super old. Not very clean and damaged on drivers side. Not a regular uhual building. This is a gas station that has trucks. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to an actual UHAUL establishment.
Mitchell NClerk did not speak hardly any English. I was there at 7:55am for my 8:00 reservation time. He had to call uhaul customer service because he didn't have any idea on how to check me in. He said "wait wait wait 5 min" is what I got out of what he was trying to say. He gave me the owners phone number who was still sleeping in bed. Wouldn't talk back over the phone, was absolutely incompetent. Patels! I had to call uhaul myself to get my truck. Ridiculous, incoherent & rude people at this location. I didn't leave until 8:35am with the truck. He literally kept telling me to wait. When I returned the truck, he didn't know how to give me my receipt. Said I'll get one in the morning. So I'm sure I'll be charged for something stupid.

james hA routine maintenance check. The inside door seal would fall off everytime you would open the door. The middle console was removed and or broken, so not one cup holder.

Carol WThe owner was very rude. The instructions to drop off the truck on mentioned not to block the entrance and exit. Upon parking the 20 ft truck and dropping off the keys. The owner caught my attention by beating on the glass window to tell me that I need to park straight. I advised the owner that I already dropped the keys in the lock box. He insisted in an aggressive manner that I need to back the truck in straight instead of pulling in. I was talked to as a child and not a 40 yr old man. I do not recommend dropping off at this location.

RUSS LI tried to talk to the lady in the store about the mileage. She said it was a different department and they weren't there at the time. I asked her to initial the mileage and check it. She refused. Again - that's another department. Very unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism and lack of concern.

Mark MI rented a dolly with my order. Went to check the truck and the dolly was not inside initially. Had to go inside the property and talk to cashier. She handed me a dolly and I had to put it on the truck myself. Wouldn't have been so bad if i was not 8 and a half months pregnant. I feel as though she or another associate should have came to load it onto the truck.
RaMesha SCab had trash in it. Inside smelled. Returned 24 hours ago and have not received invoice and he did not come out to inspect the van. I would not go back to this location.
John GThe person who was supposed to check me out wasn't even there when I showed up!! My appointment was at 8:30 and I didn't leave the location until 9:30!! Then I was charged for gas even though I filled it to the exact spot I received it. There was trash In The cab of the truck and the back of the truck! Will never use uhaul again. Horrible experience

Jerry JWhen I return a product I expect it to be looked at and some documentation it was returned. This U-Haul location simple said drop and later we will look at the rental unit. I will drop at a full dealership in the future. Otherwise a great experience
robert gThe person at the location was not too bad. It was the person that he called at Uhaul about an issue that was so disappointing. The store called Uhaul from their landline and put me on phone with Uhaul rep. He was rude and short. I had made a mistake in finishing the rental process but he was not very nice in helping me get the issue resolved. Although he did get me taken care of and on the road he was far from customer oriented in my opinion.
Robert WThey were no help at all!!! On your website it says you get a free towing inspection at this location. They guy told my husband they do not do that. He didn't even go out with my husband when he hooked it up. He just took a picture of it after he got it hooked up. When he got the trailer home we noticed the running lights on the drivers side did not work. After loading the trailer we noticed one of the tires was going flat. After checking all the tires we found that one had a nail in it and one has 2 leaks. Not a happy camper considering we were leaving early the next morning to drive over 700 miles. We called U-haul and they sent someone out to replace both tires. I believe air was put in the tires right before we picked it up because there is no way they held air with the leaks they had.

Jonathan EI reserved a car hauler to begin with and when I arrived it was broken and unable to use. The guy was very helpful and rented me the car dolly. He had 2 car haulers and both were broken
Chris RI feel I was overcharged on replacement gasoline. if you look at my invoice you can see I only traveled 3 miles and yet I paid for 3 gallons of gas. I traveled only 1,5 miles from the pick up site to my home, realized it was too hot for me to work loading the truck then traveled 1,5 miles back to the store. Please explain if there is something I am missing.

ronald PMy only concern is that after we had packed the truck and a rainstorm hit, somewhere rainwater got into the truck and several boxes of books got wet. The back door was shut so it wasn't through the door.

I was made to hook up my trailer by myself with no assistance . They only came out and too a picture after it was done. I will not return to them to do business.

DAVID NAfter pick up transaction was finalized, the rear door wasn't working properly. Had to be opened with a hammer. The truck was dirty and the cab smelled of smoke. Very displeased.

DYLAN WTrailer appeared old and had accumulated minor dings and cometic damage. Only had one trailer of the size I needed. Could have been cleaner, but good enough for my use. No mechanical issues Location easy to find, spacious, and clean. Agent friendly, helpful, and efficient. In and out in 10 minutes.
WILBERT PDropped off at convenience store so employee having to help customers while trying to check us in. Chaotic at best.
