1 tire was bald and the one next to it had a nail in it and was leaking air. Customer service and road side assistance saved the day when I had to pull off the road. The return location was unsuitable as well. No one on site and asked a waiting customer to unhitch.

the trailer i had to rent was dirty, beat up, rusty hinges that were loose, and LEAKED my stuff got wet and partly ruined

Deborah MI was sent to this location to obtain a wider tow dolly, and told them so. they failed to hook me up to the correct dolly and I had a terrible time trying to get the car on it. But my schedule would not allow me to go back and get another one by having to wait until they opened up the next day. I got my car there safely, but only by the grace of God!

William LCustomer service was exceptional both renting and returning. However, the first place I tried to rent the open trailer should not have a U-Haul store at all. This was Kal's in Lake Panasoffkee, FL. He was rude and did not come out to connect the trailer,nor give me a brochure. We were not able to connect to the brake lights so we did not accept that trailer.
Linda CMy reservation for that day was canceled and moved to the site which was 20 mi away from my job. The lady was very accommodating to get me another truck since she had one available. It is plain terrible that my truck was canceled and I'm not sure why. That really sucked.
frank eNot lie to your customers at corporate. Local folks great. I was sent to three different locations by corporate to pick up a truck and never received the truck I had booked. Local folks did not have it. This added 80 miles on to the move and late for my moving help which dominoed to having missed help at the destination. I had to unload the next day.

JUNE BNeed to devise a portable lift for the larger trailers that can be use to lift trailers so they can be connected to the tongue of vehicle. Just too much weight on tongue to not have some type of lift.

Wayne LLaid back renting experience, friendly, rented a trailer and brought it back after hours a few hours later. They hook it up for you. They closed out the rental themselves the next morning. Just call to confirm everything is settled! Great experience! Ways to improve: Sell some hitch balls on site at a premium to make a little money off people like me who didn't have the right size when I arrived, when moving there can be really tight schedules and I wouldn't mind saving some time by buying it in-store, even if it's a little more expensive.

Elizabeth BPut jacks on your trailers, i about pulled my back out picking that heavy trailer tongue up off the ground and putting it on my hitch. i dont see how an older person or a woman could pick it up to put it on the hitch. my back is still sore and im in pretty good shape. none of yalls enclosed trailers had jacks. i even had to take one off my trailer at house and installed it on the trailer i rented just so i didnt chance pulling my back out

Arron AThe truck was nasty had to clean i and sanitize it the blankets was pulled out of a hay barn with hay all over them and not folded when I arrived at the drop off location I was asked where the blankets bag I had to explain that I was not giving a bag to put them in and they asked me why they where not folded I explained I didn't receive that way and to top it off I had to explain why there was hay and dog hair all over them which I had to explained i received them this way
