when I rented the uhaul . I was told to park wherever theirs room when i return it. When I returned the uhaul, the BP employee that works outside took the keys to check the vehicle. He told me to move the uhaul and mind you , I parked exactly where I received it. I told him that I brought the vehicle back and parked as I was told when I picked it up. He said that it's not his problem and he's not gonna close my rental and continue to charge my card. very unprofessional and that man should not be allowed to deal with customers. when I went back inside to get the keys because I wanted to move the vehicle so I wouldn't be charged more . He began to laugh at me. I'll never rent their again if that man is still there, and when I told him that I was gonna report him to Uhaul. He said he doesn't care because he works for BPANTHONY Z.
The truck was in terrible condition it could barely go on the road it was really wonky it barely made it to where I needed to go I am very disappointed with the servicePatrece F.

The van was generally clean but the windows were dirty so I had to take the time to wipe them down. Luckily it was a gas station location so used the squigee there. The UHaul attendants were very helpful and pleasant at this location and it was close enough that I was able to walk back home. Will definitely be coming back! Th am you so much.Michele B.

Do not use this location if you want to reserve. They gave out the truck I reserved and was inconvenienced. Had to spend money to go out of the way after not being able to get a hold of anyone from uhaul. when returning the equipment the store should inspect it to make sure there's no damage, instead of saying we will email you. The problem with that is if someone out there damages the vehicle before they get to inspect it they'll think that I was the one that did the damageLAWRENCE V.

customer service was fine - everyone was nice and friendly, but they didn't have the equipment we ordered and then they parked the uhaul in an inaccessible place, making it very difficult to pull out of the spot. There was also empty liquor bottles in the back of the truck.Suma S.

I've used Uhaul many times even though I manage a junk company of my own. I could simply use one of my junk trucks to move my items but I use Uhaul because of the convenience it presents when moving. Uhaul can be located almost anywhere and the process is always simple. This one location was nearby and easy to use but they grossly OVERCHARGED me for a 9â€ van. I drove to a storage unit that was less than 20 miles away to pick up three items and drove back to my apt in Bk. The Uhaul site was literally 5 mins away from me, so the entire move lasted less than 3 hours (10:30am-1pm). I somehow got charged over $100! That is the most I've ever paid for a Uhaul and I will never again go back here. Just to make matters worse, this van was extremely dirty. The rug in the back of the van looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and it ruined my furniture by leaving dark streaks on it. From a fellow manager who works for a junk moving company: HOW ABOUT YOU CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES? A good pressure washer from Home Depot is about $200-$300. Thats a simple three rip off transactions, in one day. As a matter of fact, if these are the prices Uhaul will be charging clients who use their service for less than 3 hours, I may never use your services again. For that much, I'll get movers next time.Jorge G.

The Van was in terrible condition when it was picked up extra extremely dirty inside app inside I'm outside and to make matters worse the battery died on me in Manhattan and I had to get it a jump from a passaby. I was overcharged for fuel. The van was delivered to me with an empty gas tank. I put a gallon to drive my 4 miles. I delivered the van back after 4 hours and the place told me it was all set, only to see the delivery being registered the next day at 6am with a charge for 10 gallons of gas and a fuel charge.
