RANDALL GOur original reservation was at a different location in Medford. It was moved to Bux Bear Storage and we never received notification. We went to the original location and found out that they no longer had our reservation. Although the text reminders indicated Bux Bear location, the on-line reservation still showed the original location. This cost us 1,5 hours of confusion and frustration. Also, the on-line pickup was not responding, and we had to wait on hold to get someone to fix it, so we could get the code to pick up the truck. Another 1/2 hour wasted. Except for the quality of the equipment, the overall experience was miserable.
