JOSEPH DNothing! I have used multiple U-Haul locations and this one does everything right. They are customer focused and dedicated to U-Haul services and operations, treating U-Haul customers with respect as if U-Haul is their primary business, and not just an add-on service.
JOSEPH FExcellent service from all employees I dealt with. Polar opposite of the pickup location. I highly recommend picking up or returning to this location.
Bradford JVery nice people, love the place. The only issue the bed was loaded with a layer of grease or oil. I went in to move my furniture and fell. I broke my glasses and banged up my knee. It's got a pretty big lump on it. Thank god the glasses are readers.

Erica TEverything was fine except the rental was a 3 day minimum. I really only needed 24 hours. It cost me more than 3x more than I've paid at other UHaul locations. Not sure if this is a new policy from corporate, I sure hope not.

Stephen TNo fault of the establishment. The auto transport trailer I had was a bit old. There were some pieces that were damaged but still functional. Such as the driver side fender which lowers to let the car door open. The hinge on the fender was iffy at best. It held for the 600 mile trip I had. But I would think this trailer should be removed from service or repaired..
TEJASH VI rented a trailer from Buxtons boxes last Friday. More than 24 hours after dropping the trailer off I received an unsettling voicemail asking when they can expect the equipment to be returned. I responded promptly stating that it had in fact been returned more than a day ago only to be told that they didn't feel like taking a walk to see if it was back. I will not be returning to Buxtons boxes for a rental.
