Kenneth SWhen I returned a trailer I'd rented in another state, Marisa seemed to notice fairly quickly that I wasn't very skilled at backing the trailer up, so she helped guide me while I slowly backed the trailer into its parking space at the U-Haul facility. Marisa's remarkable patience and upbeat personality took the stress out of returning the trailer. Another exceptional U-Haul employee who goes the extra mile to make sure that customers get the help they need when they're using equipment that's a little unfamiliar to them.

William SBoth toms river and ewing locations have zero respect, lie about any and everything ,break privacy policies and gave out my cell number,don't send receipts and overcharge for everything!!

TODD KThis is one of the best uhaul locations you can use. Everyone is friendly. Trucks in great shape. Lots of supplies available. Parking lot is easy to navigate. I had one problem caused by the reservation system that staff fixed. The pickup location assigned to me and was 3 miles away from the one that I selected in my original reservation. I thought it was no big deal but when I returned truck to buxton boxes, they said we went 8 miles over included mileage, they did NOT charge me for extra mileage but the app should adjust for distance they add.
PAUL KTry not to wrongly profile anyone especially the world we are in now!!!!! I will NEVER go back to this location honestly. I rented out a U-Haul in Trenton, NJ before and I never experienced any issues or over payment! It says 1 100 in damages on my receipt but the U-Haul was brought back in good shape, Gas was refueled and etc so WTF. I thought I would have a lovely experience seeing that this is located in Ewing, NJ but boy was I so wrong. Pennington, NJ U-Haul was less of a hassle, if they had the 8" Truck I would've went there honestly

BARRY PUnfortunately I ended up at this location because my original trailer reservation at another location was not fulfilled by Uhaul. I had to scramble to find another location with availability. Yet another terrible experience with this company.

Joshua RI have rented from U-Haul or number of times, and I am a big fan of the organization. Buxton's was my best experience renting so far. The location and company is beautiful and well organized. The people working there who helped with my rental were professional, proactive (called to confirm), and very friendly. This made the rental experience very easy. I will definitely be using them again for my move.
