When using self guided return truck feature, the app kept closing and I had to start all over again several times. It was frustrating. I had to contact support a few times for other reasons, and both people who helped me were so kind, knowledgeable and fast to resolve my concerns. Thanks for making this move easy!

Mike LangworthyVery upset with my experience. When I get to the location of my truck it was not there. I called the business with the location of my truck and they told me they were closed and couldn't do anything. I then called uhaul services and said nothing could be done I would have to redo the process. There was no help from eaither side. After 2 hrs I received a truck. With none of the equipment I asked for. Very very dissatisfied with the services received and plan to never go through uhaul again. To improve for the next customer I would say truly make sure everything is ready for client and make sure business are actually open when renting trucks.

DAVID COXGet you're scheduling better ended up driving 40 miles further to get the equipment. Got in the truck and the last person to rent the vehicle still had their contract garbage and face mask in the cab. Rented it for 3 days and at 11am on the second day of having it uhaul called wondering where their equipment was told them I had it for 3 days they told me to double check my contract told I have it says 2 days plus 1 they were very rude
Nicholas TurnmireWhile the people at the pickup location did a good job, I signed up for mobile pickup before the facility was scheduled to open, and the mobile pickup did not work. I was also required to drive from the Minneapolis / St. Paul area to a small town over 60 miles away. Pickup basically was really poor from a U-Haul standpoint.

Nicole KreskyAfter completing the check in process, I was told where the trailer was located, when the trailer ID number was, and then told to go get it. I had to hook the trailer up by myself, nobody came to inspect my truck or how the trailer was hooked up as I was accustomed too from previous uses.

jodi horsmanWould not accept my card, even though they took a deposit off of. Then made me get cash, which I then had to pay another deposit which I now have to wait to be mailed to me. Also I received the truck an hour later than what was listed for a return time! I've used U-haul several times in the last few years, but after this! Never again!

Robert SkaugePeople were excellent and business was very clean, well maintained. Of the 4 tires on the trailer, 1 was a radial where the other 3 were standard Carlisle bias ply and of the 3 Carlisle, 1 was visually smaller. When I mentioned this, the only comment was "U Haul has Roadside assistance ". I ended up calling RSA and getting that 1 "smaller" Carlisle replaced before I even left Rochester as it was pretty much flat by the time I drove the ~5 miles to my load location. I'm not certain what the corporate expectation for renting locations is as far as maintenance on the fleet but my expectation is I am hooking up to a fully ready piece of equipment and that was not the case.
MARK NORCIAIt was a great drop off point but it was closed when I was there so I just dropped off the trailer and left. No issues.
