The latch and ramp were problematic.

John WDid not want Safe Tow or Safe Move, did not check it on reservation. Was not asked when in office, but was charged for it. Clerk was short and in a hurry, telling us he was going to be busy all day with all the rentals. Truck made a God awful metal on metal sound between about 40 and 60-65 mph. Would not recommend this location.

Kimberly JDave was FANTASTIC! Friendly, professional, courteous, and comprehensive in his demeanor and delivery. The passenger door did not close completely and so was a bit unnerving during 150 miles of Interstate driving. Also, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced - but otherwise all was good.

Shaun SThe on line pick up took over an hour and 1/2. There was a guy trying to return at the same time and he was frustrated also. The on line chat was useless. After a very long hold the lady we talked to was great. It just set us way back on our plans for the day. It seemed like many people weee working from home yet this was the most expensive uhaul rental we've ever had.
Melissa bThey don't explain all the charges they put on you, you take the truck with the required gasoline and on top of that they charge you, they are thieves and the man is rude and he even yelled at me because he didn't explain the charges that doubled in my bank…..terrible
Lazaro MThis was the first time I've ever rented a moving truck. I rented a pickup truck on Wed oct 25th and a moving truck on Oct 27th. The gentleman who helped me both times was very helpful. We tried to rent a truck on the 27th at a different location closer to my home and that location wasn't open because the employee was late to work, didn't have the dolly I reserved and he couldn't find the keys to a truck. I ended up going back to East End Storage on the 27th frazzled because I needed a moving truck that morning. Even with no reservation, the employee (I can't remember his name) made it happen and had the appliance dolly I needed. I will definitely return to this location when I permanently move in December. Merci!

Paula IThe app check-in process was more complicated and time-consuming that it needed to be. It would have been nice if those items could have been completed prior to picking up the truck. Additionally, the items we requested to be in the truck were not there. We were able to find a dolly but never able to use the pads. We were still charged for them. I tried calling East End Storage in Louisville, KY two days in a row. The number always goes to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I finally had to contact the corporate number where they resolved the issue. Though I'm appreciative of the Uhaul, I would have preferred a better service experience.

Ruben CThe guy at the desk was extremely rude! Both at the time of pickup and drop off. I was quoted a different price over the phone during the reservation, I was told $29,99 was put in the notes sections because I was having to go to different location to pick it up. The guy on Lyndon Ln said he would not change the price, quite rudely and by raising his voice. On returning the truck, I asked for the beginning mileage and he said it was in my contract sent through email. It was not in there and he even looked for it. He got mad and raised his voice said there was something wrong with my phone. He called the customer service they told him he could look it up on his end but he would not. I never received the resent emails either. He wouldn't give me any paper nor tell me what the mileage was. He never emailed me final receipt, I had to call the 1-800 number for that. Only to find out he charged me an extra $25 for a cleaning fee, the picture showed him sweeping out a piece of cardboard. I didn't even move boxes, I moved wood paneling!! Left a poor Google review and I will never rent from UHAUL again! He should be a photographer rather than in customer service. I saw another female left a poor review due to his being rude.

Jennifer BDidn't have the equipment I reserved. Truck had a check engine light on. Told me he'd call me back in 45 minutes, and I had to call him 70 minutes later. Not a problem with this location specifically, but it shouldn't take 4 hours to get a flat tire fixed

Lynn MI signed up to do mobile pickup. It wouldn't let me do the mobile pickup. I was required to go into a fake weed shop, that sells delta-8 weed products and pipes. It was incredibly dirty. The person would not let me pay through the app. And made me give him my card and ID. I rented a truck a month ago and was able to do this all through the app. Also the truck had a check engine light on and the steering wheel was shaking the entire time. Everything luckily went smoothly but felt very unprofessional compared to my previous experiences with U-haul. I will drive pretty far out of the way to avoid this location in the future.

john PThis will be the last time I ever use U-Haul. The reservation was originally at Bluegrass Oarkway U Store It. It was 24/7 truck share. The web site ran me in circles and never allowed me to start the pick up process. There was another customer there with the same issue. I called customer service and had the reservation pushed to a different location. The web site did not work a second time when I returned the truck. A rental company that can't provide the customers with the ability to pick up or drop off equipment is not a company with which I will do further business. There are too many other options out there to have to deal with this level of service.
