There isn't enough signs to show you where to go. Once your there the signal isn't good enough for you to complete mobile pickup. Not to mention how dark it was back there when I dropped the truck
Patrice TThe experience was horrible. I reserved a truck on Lancaster avenue philadelphia. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have my vehicle but I should go to 49th and chestnut. 20 minutes later upon my arrival I was told my reserved vehicle had not been returned because customer service permitted an extension from the prior renter and they had no other vehicles. The agent was also incredibly rude. I called customer service who found a truck on racing street, another 30 minutes away.
Lenard CThe smell of the truck and the truck to be more clean but over it was all good I enjoy the ride.
Charles MIt was a little challenging to understand some of the mobile pick up and drop off instructions. Service wasn't the greatest in the area so it stalled some of the screens. Everyone I contacted was helpful and understanding. Staff at the location and U-Haul reservation reps were helpful when I needed to change my times for both pick up and drop off. The handle was.missong on passenger side but the truck was otherwise clean and in good condition. Thank you and great job. I would use again
