Windshield wiper fluid was completely dry. Didn't find this out until my stretcher drive between New Mexico and Colorado had to get a hotel early and didn't make it the one I already booked. Lazy staff didn't care to check and fill up the windshield wiper fluid that you have to have when you driving a winter storm. Called and complained about the inconvenience and extra cost of another hotel room and the staff member blew me off and hung up on me.

The cup holders were used as ashtrays and weed particles were everywhere.. the smell of cigarettes and weed filled the inside. Plus I was told my estimated price was $64 and after using LESS miles than what I estimated, the total was $140. Ridiculous

This was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had in my life after 35 years of having storage units. Did not listen to me. Stuff was ruined. Terrible to work with. I could say slot more. Never ever ever before have I left a bad review First time but I would hate for anyone to go through what I went through. This man is infuriating

I asked for insurance on trailer. I didn't get it so I added it myself after the rental. Then he said I really do t need the I surface and he would take it off if he was I. He asked where I'm towing it to. I told him and I told him where I wanted to drop the trailer off. Once I arrived at my destination I got a fee for dropping it off at the wrong spot.

When someone books a U-Haul actually have a U-Haul available I had to make 2 different reservations and still didn’t get the truck I needed

The truck had a knock as I was driving it. Also the passenger side floor got extremely hot. And my average mpg was 9,3 to 7,1 mpg...I spent almost as much in fuel for the rental as the rental it self cost

I had an inconvenience at the moment. To deliver the truck. Because it was my turn to deliver them on Wednesday. And I delivered it on Tuesday. Then I received a notification that the delivery was delayed and when I arrived at the office where I delivered the truck, the man who received it had not made the receipt report, 2 days had already passed. And they are charging me for the delay, when the truck had been delivered in advance

Tell customers that they can return trailers using the app instead of directing them to return across town for a huge fee. Also, tell them there's a fee if they return across town.

Race is the man! Lol he is always helpful every time I went in to drop off or pick up things he always greeted me and even offered to help one time when I was offloading boxes on my own.

The initial visit was good however, when returning was another issue. The person that answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. Asked what time they closed and the person answered 4:00 on Friday and then asked if I knew what time it was? When I told him that the trailer was due back at 7:30PM apparently after closing hours, he stated, "leave the trailer on the street and he would take care of it on Monday".

The drop off was quick and easy; the office staff was at my rental vehicle door just as I was exiting the truck with my belongings. He checked the vehicle and logged the mileage. I was off within a few minutes.

No one knew what they were doing on the Midland side of our trip or the return side of our trip in Frisco. Horrible customer service.

The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He was extremely helpful and very personable. He was not the predetermined drop off site but after I had problems locating that site and never received the email he said I should have received with directions, etc, he scanned my trailer, said it was never entered into the system so he was able to take it in, Would definitely go to him again, but not for uhaul; only for self-storage!! Please give him kudos and an EXTRA bonus; very much deserved!!

The man who helped me was very knowledgeable, skilled at hooking up the trailer, and helpful in discussing add-ons and options. Any improvement would require physically modifying the layout of the property, which I doubt would be economically justified.

I have moved 14 times in the past 20 years due to work. In each case I had a storage unit. My unit at your facility was by far the BEST. Not only was the facility extremely clean and safe, but the management was superior!!! I would highly recommend to all!!!

You guys we're wonderful. You guys helped us out so much. Every one should go to you guys if that need to move in town or out of town. And you guys were so helpful and sweet. Always willing to help us and work with us. Best place ever. Both thumbs up. I would give you guys ten stars if I could. We will definitely be back any time we need to move anything.

The staff there are so nice, I hated to leave but I no longer had use for the storage. I will definitely tell others about CFC Storage and if I ever need a storage unit again I will be calling on them for sure!!! Adjuella Hynden

I've stored with them before and they are always nice. The lady who received us was very friendly and helpful in every way one could be friendly or helpful. I only wish I had gotten her name.
