Tony LawsonFirstly, the truck was in a bad accident supposedly by the customer before me. That truck shouldn't have been put back on the road....but that's the one they had there for me. Also, I had set up for mobile check-in and check out. But thankfully I picked it up when the office was open because the dolly I paid for wasn't in there. I received one because I got there later than the time I started paying for the use of the truck. Once the truck was turned on, the check engine light popped on and never turned off. The truck had the most horrible noise and brakes? What are those??!! We don't need brakes, right?! I was scared I would have been on the side of the road. I don't understand how this truck was ok to give anyone to use after the obvious accident it was in but because it was the only truck there, I didn't have a choice.

Cody McDonaldI had a little trouble finding it as the paperwork was done at the Tags and Title business. However, the service was above and beyond. I usually use a much bigger location but they did not have the size truck I wanted. This location was very helpful, prompt, and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

francis ahiabenuThe truck driver cabin was VERY dirty, muddy!! I was very disappointed. I had to drive home to sweep it. Secondly, this was supposed to be a contact-less pick up, yet it wouldn't work and I had to go into the office to get key, they had to get my license to photocopy it, etc... what was the point of online booking and contact-less pick up of the truck!! I was disgusted! By the time I was given the key, it was after 5pm and thenI had to return the truck at 8:30pm. If I had enough time, I would have cancelled and gone to another facility!! However, the gentleman in the office was polite and helpful and understood my frustration.
Benjamin NzyukoReserved online, and they said had self-service check-in. Went to office, which was closed at 9 at that time. Started the check-in, said to locate my truck, which was across the street. Went there followed the instructions, said ready for key, but then had to go back over across the street (this is a six lane street - and have to make u-turns). Go into the office, have them copy my license again even though I had just taken picture and submitted. Then the clerk, had to go back across the street again, to pick up my truck and bring it over. Very time consuming.

jenkins michealstaff at office is nice, but the truck is in poor condition, I wasted 6 hours to wait for having the truck get repaired (Replace new battery) , which let me wasted 200+ for moving guys and I have to move all things by myself:(
Liu ChengPlease inspect vehicle thoroughly before renting, especially for long trips. The previous renter is not responsible for identifying vehicle faults. They will get away with it if they have to due to liability.

Yasmeen MuhammadNot obvious how to return the truck after hours. There were only 2 other uhauls in the parking lot, so it wasn't obvious what to do with the one I was dropping off. Ended up dropping off key in the mail slot, but signage would have been helpful.

Malcolm WalkerHad a few issues with changing the time for pick-up. This includes them not answering the phone, I had to call them 16 times back-to-back and got hung up on. They called me back 10 minutes later with no apology. Did not give me enough miles to even get from the pick-off location to the drop off location.
Tyler PalmerThe steering was completely out of alignment and horrible. Additionally, I asked for a 15ft truck and had to size up to the 17, since the 15ft truck was not at that location. No offer of the guarantee rebate was mentioned, even though when I signed up for the online contract it said $50 off if we do not have the equipment you requested. Some would consider that false advertisement, but I guess since I got the 17 ft truck it was fine. Yet, again the steering needs to be serviced. I drifted across lanes several times wiggling the wheel.
Derrick ColeyOf course this place was not expecting my truck, tried to tell me it was late and overdue, could not print out a receipt. I expected nothing more from U-Haul on this rental. Again it was absolutely an awful experience and i would not recommend it to anybody. not worth the hassle.
Robert GrenkeWe made a reservation at the Bowie location and then were sent to two different U-Hauls in Lanham to pick up a truck. The clerk at Bowie was indifferent to our inconvenience. We had to wait in line at the other locations only to be sent somewhere else. Took way longer than expected and FRUSTRATING!
