trucks were very clean, super fast check out. mobile share would not work bad cell reception in Dryden. Owner helped out and got me in and out fast!

NANCY BThe app explanation how to gain access to the truck key was not clear enough.....it did not specify which of the 6 locks the combination would unlock, and I wasted over 30 minutes trying to open all of the combinations, which was very painful with arthritis. The truck ran, and wasn't clean but it was clean enough. Next time I won't try to rent a truck unless the place is open for business. The app was very frustrating to use.

So as much as I appreciate him telling me, the way he handled the situation showed minimal manners and understanding towards the customers struggle. Also it's rather unprofessional to ever tell a customer "how little money" you actually make off of uhaul rentals. If it's that much of a hassle for you sir, and an inconvenience maybe you should stop then.

TREVOR SEverything was great. The van was just what we needed, was easy to drive and in excellent condition. The only thing that was odd was after I made my reservation by phone (also easy), the emailed confirmation reflected a much higher price. I called back to confirm, and they explained that when I returned the van, the price would readjust to what we had discussed. That was true, but perhaps you could work out a way of confirming that doesn't require a nervous call back just to check on what it will cost. All in all though I got great value for my money and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Jason PDryden auto hub has been my worst experience with U-Haul. This location offered a poorly running truck and falsely added fees to my card for cleaning the dirty and nasty truck they let me use in the first place. No one called me to discuss the charges and I have decided I will never use U-Haul again because of this experience as I was left with a bill that more than doubled what the original cost should have been. All I used the damn truck for was moving 2 large items less that 30 miles away and had it back in less than 2 hours. This whole experience is outrageous.

URANA BUsed the Mobile App! Took a bit! Just read previous reviews about the app. Don't blame the small business for a program that belongs to U-Haul. If your going to by dumb you better be tough! Love the easy of keeping truck on my terms, and althought the app is clumsy, still easier!
DAVID BHonestly I will never use U-Haul again. I had a horrible experience. I made a reservation to pick up a truck at 6:30 a.m. only to get there and find out that you changed my reservation without notifying me. Then when I did get to another location that had a truck available it was way out of my way and added mileage and gas onto my bill. And also the process to check out the truck took 30 minutes which then made me extremely late for work. Then trying to check the truck back in when I was done your app wouldn't let me upload a picture and it wouldn't find my location even after I checked to make sure my location was on. I had to call customer service three or four times only then to be on hold for 10 or 15 minutes each time.

Brian SI use mobile share to get my truck rental from here. at least 3 times a month. Super Easy! I noticed some other renter blamed the dealer for their own poor individual cell service from their own carrier. Why would you blame the dealer? Its you cell phone. If I coudl give them 100 star I would. They are just small business. They cannot be open 24hrs a day on the little bit U-Haul pays them.
Robert GTruck share 24/7 program needs work. At pick up needed to submit every picture 3 times, scan button didn't work for back of license and lost connection to uhaul server multiple times. At drop of needed to go through process 5 times before I finished without loosing the uhaul server. Not great Verizon signal from dealers lot maybe. Would rather pay for extra day to be able to check in and out with a live person.
John TUltra convenient! Friendly and fast! Dryden needed a uhaul place for years. I will be back lots of great low prices on the used cars.
joshua rwhen I went to returns the truck, the owner said I had better clean it up. I did not realize there was a cleaning charge. it was full of wood and bark from moving firewood. Lots of mud. He saved me money and let me clean before he checked it in.

Van RThe van smelled like cigarettes from previous use. For customers who have asthma like myself, there should be a rule that customers cannot smoke inside the vehicle. If they do, there should be a charge and the van should be aired out.
