Fill the fuel level to full before renting the truck. When I received my truck the fuel gage read between 1/2 and 1/4 full. I added fuel to get it to the same reading when I dropped it off and they charged me for an additional 3 gallons of gas at 4,5 a gallon. If the tank was full when I picked up the truck I would have filled it back up instead of trying to guess how much fuel to add to get the level back to where it was.

Pablo RiveraEmployee had computer issues and the bill came out to bill me for 4 days, when only wants, took over 30 minutes to get the truck. Then when got in the truck the engine light was on,. Went back into the business, the employee stated to tighten the gas cap. That did not work. They did not have another truck to give me. I returned the truck early. I rented from another company. Poor service, they should not rent a truck with the engine light on!

Alex BojovicThe people were friendly and the equipment was in good shape however for those renting a trailer they need to know that it's pretty much a self-service place and you have to have the muscle and strong back to lift the trailer hitch off the ground and onto your vehicle hitch. In the case of a double axle trailer that's a dangerous proposition for anyone with back issues.
David BierFirst truck had a headlight out. Replacement truck had a broken cable to help the cargo door open. The driver door was damaged so wind blew in making a terrible noise. The trailer plug was not attached. There were no more trucks so I was forced to use the one with a broken cable.

Martha TorresFirst of all, though I had a not-so-great experience, I want to start by saying that the staff on-site was extremely nice and helpful. They all did a great job! Location was a little confusing and I was told to park my car in parking lot that had no camera coverage. The original truck in my booking was not available due to a vehicle malfunction, but the clerk on staff set me up with another available truck right away. The truck I received had a bunch of drywall debris in the back of the truck and the lock on the back did not work (it would not open).

You can move anything. It might be interesting for uhaul to offer that class of truck as a rental. One stop for customers moving a motorcycle.

Dejan JovanovWe were charged $21 for gas when we filled it to 3/4 of a tank when we rented it. We drove 23 miles and put $10 in the tank less than 1 mile from where we returned it. When I called to talk to the gas station attendant where it was rented he was arguing with me that there was 7/8 of a tank when we rented it but it wasn't, it was at 3/4. I did not take a photo of the tank when I rented it. I will make sure I t he future I do. Either way, it does not cost $21 to fill a tank at 7/8 from 3/4. I would.not recommend renting from this facility.
