The clerk was really nice and helpful! My experience in this location was pleasant. Je les recommande fortement.
MILENA MThe vehicle had mechanical issues. When the truck would go over a bump on the freeway or surface street, the vehicle's dashboard lights would go on and the engine would back pressure brake for a few seconds and the tow function would engage. One time, while going about 25-30 mph, all the lights on the dash came on, the tow function engaged and the vehicle shifted into manual shift...so the RPM's went very high. I had to stop on the side of the road, place in park and then continue driving. Just prior to dropping off the vehicle, another episode occurred with dash lights and tow engaged, but this time the check engine light appeared and stayed on when it was dropped off at the rental location. The owner, was extremely nice.

colby cMake sure the truck is running correctly it was extremely loud to drive the truck and had a check engine light on the entire time. Overall very clean but the noise makes me think twice about renting again with U-Haul

MICHAEL H1. I was overcharged an extra $20 for an after hours fee 2. I returned the U-Haul approximately 1 hour before the time I was supposed to return it. 3. I want my $20 back!
