The online system is less than adequate. My reservation sent us to Leachville, Arkansas for pickup...they did not have the trailer...had to drive to Senath, Missouri to pick it up.

Unprofessional and waited 10 mins for him to finish personal convo, pads weren't in plastic, truck wasn't ready and had to wait for him to move things so we could leave. What should've taken 10 total mins, took almost 40.

The gas gage was floating around never got a accurate quote of fuel in truck plus the gas cap was worn and gas vapers releasing causing me to refuel more often

The owner, "Kevin" was rude to us several times on the phone. We waited for over an hour for someone to show up to rent us the truck, and then that person took an additional hour to get us checked out. He was nice, he really tried, but didn't know what he was doing.

Customers need to know that the drop off box is across the street. There is no where to turn around on this lot.

What’s your survey doesn’t ask is that my original pick up place had no trailer so I had to drive 65 miles to get one your U-Haul company sucks and I will never do business with you again and will strongly advise anyone in the future not to deal with U-Haul

Very friendly Amanda and apologies on behalf of U-Haul for dirty truck.

both fenders were damaged and one was beat back into place with a hammer, the other fender was just left bent up and floping and the light was blinking sometimes when I went over a bump in the road but the inside of the trailer was clean and did the job of moving my stuff without problems
