The rental location was great. But you have to rent the equipment at Uhaul online...That was a whole other story. 1) U Haul Customer Service - TERRIBLE - (F) RATING 2) U Haul Employees - Knowledge of what they were doing. - (F) RATING - BOTTOM OF THE BARREL, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE. 3) U Haul Employees - After rental Customer Service / Knowledge of what they were doing. ONCE AGAIN... (F) RATING U HAUL EMPLOYEES NEED TOO BE TRAINED A WHOLE, WHOLE, WHOLE, WHOLE LOT BETTER ON HOW TO PERFORM THEIR JOB REQUIREMENTS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISSATISFIED WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE. I WILL ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW OR COME IN CONTACT WITH TO RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM U HAUL AS FAST AS THEY CAN. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND U HAUL TO ANYONE. I WILL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IF I EVER HAVE THE NEED TO RENT EQUIPMENT AGAIN.. IF I COULD RATE U HAUL A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS...I WOULD!!! AGAIN THE PICK UP LOCATION WAS A USED CAR DEALERSHIP... VERY COURTEOUS, VERY FRIENDLY... NO ISSUES AT ALL WITH THEM ...BUT U HAUL...ENOUGH SAID. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls had the truck I wanted but none of the extras I had paid for: furniture pads and dolly. It is a used car lot. It would have been good to know from U Haul that a neighborhood pick up does not have any extras, just a truck- compared to a company store-location. So if you just want a truck, Calls was fine.
