The people who rented the truck were great, but the Uhaul website they were using was incredibly slow. I don't know how they can afford to spend so much time waiting on Uhaul's registration interface to work.

Truck leaked 1/2 of my boxes were wet! Pick up was great. My problem is with Uhaul. I told them I want to drop the truck at the storage location. When we unloaded they said I had to drop the truck at a different location. That location wasn't open so I drove to a third location.
