Little customer care by clerk at this location he just handed us the keys with no demonstration or inspection about the vehicle. In addition the location of the store was in a blighted area that was a little unnerving..
DAVID OI was supposed to pick up my truck using my phone but when I arrived it said my equipment wasn't ready and I had to call customer service. I waited 20 mins on hold until the store actually opened and I was able to go inside and get the key. The truck was behind a bunch of other trucks and the lady working the counter didn't drive so we had to move all the trucks out of the way ourselves in the pouring rain to get to the truck that was assigned. This made us late and I had to pay movers for 45 mins of nothing because I was late doing someone else's job. Then we realized the appliance dolly I had requested wasn't in the truck so I wasn't able to move everything I wanted to. I will now have to rent a truck and movers again and spend more money because of how unprofessional U-Haul was. I do not planning on using U-Haul again.

Angela NThe staff were very helpful, location was convenient. The uhaul online system doesn't work properly, please fix it. Took me 15 minutes of trying to check in, only to give up go inside to ask for help. Poor guy also had issues (Error undefined: undefined). Drop off was similarly frustrating due to the website. Yes or no answers in a survey don't help gage performance, give me a scale next time. Merci.

Adrian WGas wasn't even half full when I picked it up but yet I get charged for returning it not half full? That's ridiculous. Also the location had nowhere for me to park my car which is also insane for a U-Haul location. Worst experience I have had with U-Haul yet.
Kevin RPerform timely inspection and maintenance on your fleet vehicles. Keep appropriate inventory of other items and services available at your Neighborhood dealer during high demand periods.
Changjin TLittle upset we were charged for added gas and not given the option to drive up the street to add more, after changing our pick up location 3 times and not having the equipment we actually wanted it was really frustrating, next time I may pay for movers this was over priced for the uncomfortable driving conditions and nickel and diming us.
AARON SI honestly feel like this location is too busy for you to efficiently run U-Haul here, the only employee who was here constantly had to jump between me and other customers and on top of that he was extremely rude. He didn't seem to really know what he was doing and it appeared at first he lost my reservation. The best part was that the U-Haul they gave me was parked between two other u-hauls and I had to have a friend help me navigate the truck outside of the lot. Do better U-Haul. I would rather go to the location off 5th even though it's a little further if it meant I didn't have to deal with the inconveniences at this location.

Katerina WThe final location I visited and actually dropped off at was quick compared to the others. The location was confusing and the worker was confused as to what my drop off process was but was helpful in finding a solution.
Kaedyn ATerrible service. The truck was not readily available and the app did not work saying my location was wrong even though I was at the correct location. I went in to get the u haul and the man behind the counter let 7 people in front of me before moving the uhaul trucks blocking mine in.

Luis AThe person running this is extremely rude. They are not helpful in explaining the process of picking up or dropping off the uhaul. We also reserved other equipment and they did not have it available to us when we got there, so we had to drive to another uhaul location to get it. I would have rather just rented from that actual uhaul building at that point. He wouldn't show us which truck was ours until I told him we couldn't get it out, and then getting it out of the location he had them stored was an issue. Overall a horrible experience and I will not be using them again.

Shawn MWe had to personally move two other U-Hauls out of the way to back our rented U-Haul out. The back of our truck had 3 pallets, trash, and an unsecured dolly moving freely throughout the back before we even put anything into it. Service was terrible. Would not recommend this location.

Grant Btruck was empty so I will get charged for miles that were fused to go out of my way for gas. Not to mention it had more gas when we dropped.it off. I feel I should reimbursed for
stacy oCounter Service was slow. We were told initially that they did not have the truck we reserved. Eventually they worked something out and were able to give us the truck. The truck was great, no complaints there. But the process of getting it was slow and kind of rude.

David OThe man at the pick up location was very rude throughout the entire transaction. It was not at all clear that I was able to do all of the pre-paperwork online prior to arrival, for which I apologized. However, the man told me repeatedly that I was wasting his time and that it's much easier if I had just done it online. Additionally, he repeatedly left our transaction to take care of other customers which made my pickup take close to 40 minutes. When we asked about the moving blankets we had ordered on the reservation, we were told this location only had 6 despite our order being for 36. I explained that I needed many more than 6 because I was moving and his response was that a one way rental typically does not involve that many which was not helpful and also irrelevant because that is what I ordered. I had to ask several times what could be done about this. Eventually he told me I could go to the uhaul self store and purchase them; however he continued arguing with me about how many I needed. Overall the whole pick up experience was riddled with complexity and added stress that could have been avoided with better communication from uhaul initially and much better customer service because this was pretty terrible.
Ashleigh VThe first location I was given (5th Ave) had a rude attendant who told me there was no room to return the truck to their property, when there clearly was room. The next location I was given (17th Ave) was staffed by an employee who clearly had no training in how to process a returned truck. Not his fault. He just didn't know what to do. Eventually, he got on the phone with a U-Haul manager who was able to help me very quickly.
bob sI was overcharged for the rental. I did not receive the dolly or moving pads as requested. The associates refused to take ownership of their errors.

adrian wI really wanted to pick up closer and that's why I picked the 5th ave location but it was changed - not as comfortable at the 17th ave location
