They charge me $ 76 for using a small van for only 2 hours as it costs me a lot. It was very expensive.

The guys at the store took a long time to give us the keys and verify everything. It was mentioned online that if i do all the verification stuff online then i donot need to repeat the same steps at the store. But the guy repeated everything.Super pissed off by the customer service.

The Truck is not cleaned and smells very bad. In addition,it also has some rock pieces in it. Had to clean it myself.which is not acceptable.

Have the people trained on how to get things going.The worker had to call somebody to get her through the process. It took me half and hour to get the van and my rental was already pre-booked. I didn't get any paperwork with my rental either. It was very unprofessional and a waste of time being there.

The van was not cleaned and was not sanitised. It was just given to us after another customer dropped it. We asked the shop person if it is sanitised, he said we don't clean or sanitize it and if you want to buy a sanitizer and do it yourself. It was very rude and very bad experience. If it was a normal time I would not complain it.. But during this pandemic uHaul should take these things serious about customer safety. I needed the van for moving and it was an personal emergency. I had to take it because I had no other choice. When I tried to reach out to uHaul customer service, they did not respond. I was on hold for a long time. This is one of the worst experience I had with uHaul. I felt very unsafe to get inside the truck. There were full of napkins and garbage from previous customer. The store person did not even bother to check the van before he gave it to me. He just said Take it or Leave it. The store person said “Buy sanitizer from our store and clean the van by yourself” and that's the best part. I did not have energy or time to fight with them. Thanks for the amazing customer experience.

Very poor quality of service. I needed to wait around 1 hour to get the truck because the person working at the pick-up location did not know how to use the software for the rental process. He asked for my driving license several times. I needed to try ALL my credit cards several times since he did not know how to use their card reader which seemed very old and outdated. I would NOT recommend this place. One of my worst experiences.

There was no coordination between reservation and location. And location was poorly training it took us over an hour to get the truck and they didn't set up us for self-pick up and didn't have a trolley as we had requested

To be honest uhaul was terrible! I booked the car for 8 in the morning but I received that at 10:45 ! What is this ridiculous arrangement?
