Uhaul should do better with misleading customers with their prices per mileage. You speak to one customer service representative and they tell you one price and says all is well then when you go to the location to pick up the truck they tell you another higher price and no one wants to own up or honour the prices they first gave. I am so disappointed and un satisfied with their misleading services so unprofessional. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone.TASHIANA TASMARA D.

According to my experience, it appears owner of that location did not care about business from U-Haul. There knowledge about your system, how to interact with customers, in case if customer have some concerns then where to point them and so on. Long story in short, its better to close that location.Rajeev S.

Booked mobile/ contactless picked and they messed up my reservation. I asked to collect at 08:30am and only got the vehicle at 10:40am. I booked a dolly and blankets, which i never received. The person that helped me could not answer any of my questions.PETRUSJACOBUS V.

The guys at the store took a long time to give us the keys and verify everything. It was mentioned online that if i do all the verification stuff online then i donot need to repeat the same steps at the store. But the guy repeated everything.Super pissed off by the customer service.Abhimanyu H.

Have the people trained on how to get things going.The worker had to call somebody to get her through the process. It took me half and hour to get the van and my rental was already pre-booked. I didn't get any paperwork with my rental either. It was very unprofessional and a waste of time being there.Perry C.
The van was not cleaned and was not sanitised. It was just given to us after another customer dropped it. We asked the shop person if it is sanitised, he said we don't clean or sanitize it and if you want to buy a sanitizer and do it yourself. It was very rude and very bad experience. If it was a normal time I would not complain it.. But during this pandemic uHaul should take these things serious about customer safety. I needed the van for moving and it was an personal emergency. I had to take it because I had no other choice. When I tried to reach out to uHaul customer service, they did not respond. I was on hold for a long time. This is one of the worst experience I had with uHaul. I felt very unsafe to get inside the truck. There were full of napkins and garbage from previous customer. The store person did not even bother to check the van before he gave it to me. He just said Take it or Leave it. The store person said â€œBuy sanitizer from our store and clean the van by yourselfâ€ and that's the best part. I did not have energy or time to fight with them. Very poor quality of service. I needed to wait around 1 hour to get the truck because the person working at the pick-up location did not know how to use the software for the rental process. He asked for my driving license several times. I needed to try ALL my credit cards several times since he did not know how to use their card reader which seemed very old and outdated. I would NOT recommend this place. One of my worst experiences.RAMA P.
