The online check-in was not the greatest it was very difficult for the non-tech savvy person to do.

It was hard trying to open the lock box and then it was a big hassle after when I return it will not recommend this site to no one it's too much trouble, estif you are rushing to get somewhere. Didn't like it.

I did not receive notice of my having returned the equipment until I called the following day to check with them. At that point the equipment was checked in and then I got an email notifying me of that.

The apps is not friendly esp for the old ones, but the service is awesome though, I would say uhaul is great! A lot of help,,, thank you so much UHAUL!

Everything was very smooth. Communication was perfect.

This location was clean and everyone was nice, but no one mans the front desk nor is there a bell or anyway to alert someone that you are there. We were calling out and it took quite a while for someone to show up and help us.

I've been billed twice for this rental and the original location couldn't help me resolve this issue. I was told to call the 1-800 number and all I keep getting is the runaround. So aggravating with the poor customer service and scam with double billing the customer.
