It was too far of a drive. Would of been nice to have it closer to Newport, ME

JOHN MPickup was scheduled for 7am no one showed up to store till 730 and we did not get hooked up until after 8:30. Tire was low had to put air in tire three times.

Guy SHorrible experience. Scheduled to pick up 7 miles from move and was notified the day before I had to travel 40 minutes to pick up truck. When I got there I was signing paperwork and got a text message from U-Haul saying that my drop off was in Bangor not Belfast. The rep that I spoke to was absolutely ridiculous and arguing with me. Very unprofessional. Will never use U-Haul EVER again. They were not going to compensate for miles or gs to drive to Bangor from my Belfast fianl location. Absolutely unacceptable.

Laurie LI do not put any blame on the pickup location for the condition of the truck. The previous customer did not drop the truck off on time, and it was a quick turn around for us to take it. We had to travel an hour of our way to pick the truck up. C&R was great!!
Timothy FThe staff at this location bent over backwards to help us at drop off. They were actually closed for uhaul for the week. But the people that were there went out of there way to let us drop it so we didn't have to travel the 22 miles to drop at the next location.

DAN CIt says rent the truck for $19,95 a day, then you pay$.79 cents a mile and then you have to pay for gas used. Why not just say that it is going to cost over $100 for an 90 mile trip.
