They were extremely helpful at C&S Witt Creations. Spring really went the extra mile to accomplish what I wanted/needed to do. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This isn't anything against C&S Witt Creations, since they actually came through, but UHaul in general has been frustrating to work with. We reserved a 26' truck for our upcoming move. Then, without warning or any sort of notification, the reservation was changed to a 20' truck. When we realized this the night before, we had to call customer support and ended up having to call scheduling the morning of (praying that there would be a 26' truck available within driving distance). We ended up having to drive over an hour for this truck, but the owners at C&S Witt were helpful and gracious and made sure we got back on the road quickly.
