Please make check out process quicker for repetitive customers. I rent the same trailer several times a month and I have to go through lengthy check out process. I am sure there is a way to make it in and out for proven good customers. Thank you.

The App was frustrating to use and wasn't as easy as I thought it would be during the process. The odometer was messed up and not calibrated the right way, and I was told I couldn't change the odometer on the app - which was a bit shady. Customer service was great at the store though.
