BENNY M.Be there. I had a reservation to pickup at 4:30. Got there just a few minutes early and no one was there, doors locked. Got keys went out to truck and had to go back in to get appliance dolly & blankets. Location should of had rental items loaded. Went to drop off truck on Sunday before closing hour of 5pm and no one was there, nor did anyone answer the phones. Quite frankly not too impressed with my pastv2 U-Haul rentals.

GERARDO P.Upon returning the rented trailer, my mother who is 65 years old and my 15-year-old niece were told that they could unhook the trailer themselves and push it back , manually to the spot on the lot. The woman working there said she was not able to touch the equipment because if anything went wrong it was on her. This is unsatisfactory and I have not heard of this policy before using any U-Haul rental 3rd party or not, throughout my life. I honestly hope that this is not something that many elderly people have to deal with on a daily basis.

Mariano G.This uhaul pick up site was top notch, but only because of Terri. She was able to go out of her way to help us out and make our move happen. Otherwise, our experience was somewhat of a bad dream with cancelations and not getting the trucks that we reserved a month ago and originally being charged almost double for one of the trucks. Uhaul needs to streamline their process and have the vehicles available that they say will be available.

larry M.The people were very nice and helpful at this location. The 24 hours before picking up the trailer, I tried to call, and calls were not going through. (IF there was tech issues that resulted in a delay, then my ratings would be higher). I was given two Visa gift cards to use for purchase - each with substantial amount. One was used more than the other. I made the reservation, and a family member of mine went with his vehicle to pick up the trailer. I called one hour prior to scheduled pick up, and the trailer and equipment was still available. The driver arrived on time, yet there was substantial delay. They told him the equipment was not ready. He is a senior adult who is very active, yet he has dietary needs. He was scheduled to be somewhere following getting the trailer attached. Tech glitches occurred (which if tech failure from some disconcerting tech event, my ratings are higher). They ran one of the Visa credit gift cards, and it did not go through. They were supposed to call me for alternate payment, yet instead, they made the pay which he was not anticipating to do. Both the driver (my family member) were previous and recent crime victims. Mine was most severe and happened prior to his. I was given Visa credit gift cards to use and told that would be possible. They told him a charge of $60 would be made to use the Visa credit card gift cards. I was given the money on those because of the recent crime events. I am concerned with the delay, the pressure that put on my family member, and the lack of understanding of our needs when verification was made prior. The trailer and equipment was in good condition. Bless you, and we love each and every one of you far more than you know.

Marcos B.I ordered the truck for me to pick up at 8am. The location did not set the truck up so I had to wait until store opened at 9:30am. The worked was 30 mins late to open the location. I ended up getting the truck at 10am, I ended up loosing 2 HOURS of my DAY!! Unacceptable!!!
