We basically just leave the equipment there with no receipt. In my case (because of the Uhaul email being down?) I didn't receive confirmation from Uhaul that the equipment was returned for over 30 hours..

My original pickup location was on Madison Blvd in Madison, AL. When I arrived there, I was told that there was not a van available for me to pick up and that I would need to go to a different location. I did not receive any email, phone call, nor text telling me that the pickup location had changed, even though the lady behind the counter told me that the system showed that I was sent a text. I showed her my phone to prove that I had not received any notifications. At the Cannons Huntsville pickup location, the "office" was a dirty smelly auto body shop. There was a cigarette lighter left inside the cab and it smelled bad. The counter person there told me that I could drop off the van at any location nearest to me when I reached my destination and that I didn't have to drop it off at the one assigned to me at no charge!

Location did not have my reservation that was confirmed by your web app. Thr did not have blankets and utility lift I ordered. Had to cancel and go to another location and reorder making me late to meet movers. Then Coralville location had problem finding way to confirm I returned blankets and utility lift.

I couldn't access my mobile account once I arrived to check in and had to go inside. The man was nice but the truck was absolutely nasty and disgusting. The cab of the truck reeked of cigarettes and the middle armrest area had been used to snuff out many cigarettes or cigars. There was mud caked up on the floor. The inside of box area was equally filthy and I swept out an entire dustpan full of trash, lint, dust, screws etc. I've moved many times with uhaul and this was by far the dirtiest truck I've ever seen. As a matter of fact, I've never had a dirty truck until this. To make things worse, 2 out of 4 pieces of equipment I had reserved with the truck was not there and I was instructed to go to the Governors Drive store a few miles away in the opposite direction to purchase/rent those. I didn't have the time with no heads up since my movers were waiting on me to return with truck. This resulted in scratched/ruined furniture. Lastly, I never get the insurance when I rent with uhaul but when the guy manually checked me in and removed the items from my reservation that he didn't have, he also added the cost of insurance without asking or confirming with me. I'd advise renting from another location.

Make sure that the customer knows they will be charged 60 $for 16,5 miles worth of fuel. The truck only had a 1/4 when I picked it up.

These guys were Awesome. They were caring and could not believe what we were put through to rent a truck and trailer. They apologized but I told them they were Awesome and thank God I did not have to deal with a corporate location

Only note is that the truck only had about a 1/4 tank, so we had to fill it up right away, but the guys at Cannon were really helpful. On the contrary, the Chevron (Drake Ave, Huntsville) shop was awful. Please review their business and reconsider continuing to let them represent UHaul.

This rental was a bit problematic, the location wasn't the issue. Your systems had been updated the night before and a number of issues came up. The phone portion of the app scanned the back of my license, the computer still wanted an image. It took a number of retries to satisfy the requirements. Then the credit card scanner wouldn't work and it had to be manually called into Visa. The guys working the location did their best with the system issues but it still left me frustrated as I spent ~1hr picking up the trailer. Drop off was smooth as silk.

The truck was dirty, clearly had tire balance issues and the aft of the truck was dirty as well (unit 1901). I have rented trucks from this location before and will probably not use them again. The only advantage to this location is that they are open for pickup on Saturday mornings.

I dropped the truck off at 14:33 on Friday and they attempted to bill me for three additional days. They also tried to charge an over mileage expense. Thankfully I took a picture of the fuel/millage at drop off and the phone time stamped it. Customer service corrected the billing only because I had proof.

First of all the location we had reservations for changed at the last minute which was inconvenient. Secondly, when the location changed the hand dolly came off the order. When we picked up the trailer, the furniture dolly had been given to someone else. We were given the oldest trailer when a brand new one of the same size was right next to it. The trailer we got had small holes in the floor and had not been swept out, and was the creakiest trailer we've ever rented. We ended up going to the store on Governors Drive and will be using that location from now on, and will recommend that location to all, if we ever use Uhaul again. They couldn't even get a receipt to print out for us!

The app drop-off function was very easy. The shop was dirty (what do you expect for a mechanic shop?). Once inside, there was a U-Haul office. The guy there was helpful and knowledgeable. Quite a contrast from my experience earlier in the day!

Upon making reservations to travel out of state. I was told a dolly would be on the truck, that was false. I tried to call the location after I got the tuck, it had already closed. I was under the impression that a storage unit would be available when I arrived in Lawrenceville, GA. Only to find out the U-Haul I returned the truck to had no storage unit neither did a unit ever exist. Actually it was a U-Haul/car dealership. I had to go out of my way to find a unit before any of them closed for my items. Not to mention my card was charged 75 $for fuel by what rate?!. This is my first time moving out of state and I'm really disappointed with the false information that I was given. I had to spend funds that wasn't in my budget.

Cannon's Racks and Axles knows what customer service is and they make sure the customer is satisfied. They will go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. The equipment was very clean and in very good operating order. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a U-Haul.

I did not get the size truck I reserved.Had to pick up at different location.They gave all the appliance dolly's to one customer, so I had to drive the 26' foot truck to another location to pick up. The truck was nasty on the inside,full of trash,cigarette butts ,coffee cups. Both of the door pockets were full of water. A roach came out of a vent when I was driving. The back of the truck was nasty. It had not been cleaned out. There were three places that leaked. I had several items that were ruined. Pictures,and a piece of furniture. Rugs, comforters and some clothes were soaked. There were delays when I picked up the truck and the trailer. The drop off location was not right. I had to call customer service myself to get this straightened out. A very bad experience!!!! I have always used Uhaul for my moves, but this was so such a bad experience I will never use Uhaul again.

This location is a repair shop, so a bit messy. The staff very nice BUT uHaul changed my request from a 17 ft vehicle to a 20 ft. This was not appropriate for several reasons. I am 5'3" so was had difficulty getting in and out of the truck. I was unable to close the back, and the pick up and drop locations weren't designed to accommodate a 20 ft truck. In order to get off one of the properties we had to turn around in the yard causing 800 $+ damage to the yard. uHual needs to find a better method to assign trucks that are not the requested size. Had I known this in advance I would not have accepted this "upgrade".

I reserved a trailer for 4pm the day before. When I showed up at 10 minutes early, they informed me the "Uhaul guy" was gone for the day. I had them call him, and they had to convince him to return. He said he'd be there in a "minute" which ended up being over 15, which led to me rushing to make my delivery.

Took 1 hour 30 minutes to pick up truck which caused my movers to quick after loading due to timing. I had to hire some others to drive truck to tn from al and paid additional 250 the teuck coolant light was on and shook at 60 mph mad my 2 hr travel time 3 0,5 hrs. I was hung up on by a rep and disconnect 3 other times the rep i. Huntsville was great but he too stated that he has never seen anything like my horrible experience. I demand a refund i have requested a mgr call me 3 times and yet. NOthing 256 740 7599
