I had reserved to have the U-Haul for 24 hours but turned it in to this location the same day. The next day, I received an extra 80 $charge for late turn in fee, cleaning 25 $because I accidentally left a box and water bottle in it, and 29 $for gas fill even though I had filled the truck to what it was when I picked it up.

After several failed attempts of getting ahold of someone from the 800 number I ended up turning the equipment to this location. Staff there could not help me resolve the issue with chanting my drop location. Very irritated I ended up paying way more than the rental was worth. Needless to say, I WILL NOT advise why friends or family to utilize uhaul for ANY services at all.

The photo precheck for damage was limited by poor cell service. Had to upload photos twice then gave up. Would prefer to go over with a person and receive a written document.

The people at the location were very nice but unable to assist with the rental. They wanted me to go to another location to check out the rental and then come back to pick up the truck. I was short on time so I checked out on the app because then I didn't have to go to the other location. The women working had never seen the app and was unable to assist in any way. I received a text to verify the rental while I was on my way to return 4 hours after I picked it up. When I returned the truck they had to call a supervisor to get him to check the truck back in because the mileage was incorrect. The email receipt I received about 15 minutes after I dropped the truck off was incorrect with the mileage (good thing I took pictures - it was the correct number of miles but not the actual mileage) and the amount was more because i declined the CDW coverage originally but it was on there. The coverage was 10 $so I haven't done anything about it because the people at the location seemed unable to handle the problem. I will not rent from this location again and only did this time because they were close to my house. In the future it would be worth it to drive a little further.

Was told if we return when closed " just drop the keys in drop box". Was to be charged about 31 $and because I didn't check back in on on phone it was an extra charge and had to pay 60 $.

Remove this UHaul location all together. My Mom and Dad went to return the trailer for me the following day and had a terrible time doing so. The owner of Canyon State Car Care,El Mirage, Az 85335 would not give them a receipt after returning the trailer,and asking for a paper receipt he told my Mom, "Get the Fuck out of my office. I am calling the police because you are trespassing." At that point my Mom told him,"I am conducting business-how can I be trespassing? Better yet, I will call the police" After the police arrived they heard the owner yelling at the policeman outside the office. after a short time the officer returned to them explained the owner's side of the story and handed them a paper receipt. After thinking about the situation - I wonder if the store owner would have done the same if a white person walked in there? My family is hispanic and I DO NOT TAKE TO DISCRIMINATION LIGHTLY - I AM TIRED OF IT. PLEASE REMOVE THIS UHAUL LOCATION TO DETER ANY OTHER BUSINESSES FROM DISCRIMINATION IN THE FUTURE.

I was overcharged, the wrong keys were left in the pick up box and the truck was dirty. The manager is supposed to call me because supposedly he is the only one that can issue a refund for the double billing.

All the problem I have are with U-HAUL The Canyon State Car Care Service was Excellent. They helped measure everything and put the transport on the truck. Their service was Awesome. I am very disappointed with U-HAUL themselves.

This location is by far the worst I have ever been to! They were so slow checking in the truck and tried telling me they were going to charge me 30 $for not replacing the gas that was right under 3/4 a tank. I had to tell them not to charge me because the contact says if it's less than 1/4, then there's a fee. I waited 45 minutes for them to check it in after asking them 3-4 times how long it was going to take.

The truck was broke (no air conditioning). Where I parked the truck was not level and they miss read the gas meter. Charged me 52,25 for a couple of gallons of gas. Really. I would have gone and added fuel but I was not under contract with the truck. The truck was dirty when I picked it up and a little cleaner when I dropped it off.

Truck had a dent on passenger side at bottom that I pointed out. Manager told me he had things to do and came back with small X stickers that blew off in transport. Never took the time to mark my contract. I've rented many times from U haul this year, but that type of service left me starting off uncomfortable. I already had a change of pick up that was altered for me.

Just dropped truck off on a Sunday

I was charged for an extra day on the trailer I rented. It was a 2 day rental we cut our vacation time short to make it back in time to return the trailer by 2p on Sunday. The business was closed and no one was there to help me unhook the trailer and was never informed this would be the case. Im assuming because there was no one there to check in the trailer it seemed only convenient for them to assume I dropped it off before 7:15am Monday morning which now made it a 3 day rental and was charge that way. I called to inquire about my bill and was told they would look into refunding the money. Long story short I still have yet to be refunded the extra 50 $I was billed and was informed they won't be refunding me.

Was told we would be refunded for returning uhaul early, Gave us 4 days and paid insurance on all 4 days but returned the uhaul within 24 hours and still paid alll 398 and some change, would not ever recommend uhaul.

Don't charge 4,5/gal bad for forgetting to refill. 30 $refuel charge and the cost to fill it is more than reasonable. What you did was ridiculous and lousy my business permanently and I won't let anyone I know use uhaul wherever I can prevent it. I will encourage use of budget and Penske even if I have to lie to get this accomplished. But I won't cause this experience is enough. Every customer I ever have that moves, any family member or friend that moves, will use anyone but uhaul

Best uhaul location I've evernbeen to!!!! Went to the location on Bell and grand about a month ago and had nothing but problems. Went to canyon State and the owner who helped was very helpful and didn't try to sale me on anything else. Will definitely be back.
