The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. I wasn't prepared to transport my son's car to another state, however when I placed my reservation the location was closing. He called me directly and said he would wait for me then when I got there I didn't have a hitch so he directed me to the closest auto parts store then he installed the hitch and the dolly and wished me safe travels. I would definitely recommend this location!

I booked a truck online however I put the wrong pickup time without realizing it. When i arrived at what i thought was my pick up Lorenzo hung up the business call he was on to take care of me and went out of his way to accommodate my needs even though it was my fault for choosing the wrong time. If I need a Uhaul truck in the future I would go there again.

Arrived at 6 to pick up the truck, it took an hour because the owner placed the keys in the wrong lockbox. 3 phone calls of Uhaul and the owner telling me to look in the box and if I can figure out how to use lockbox. Finally an hour later they show up and say oh put it in the wrong box, hour of my time wasted that I paid for, but still had to bring the truck back at 6. Why should the customer be inconvenienced without any way to make it right, besides saying my bad. Will not return or recommend.

The mobile check in was a nightmare. Had to talk to three different people to get checked in. Took almost 45 minutes. Everything else was great except the check in.

I spoke with the manager and he mentioned that someone would be there to receive the truck. Because of the location, I was not able to park the truck and trailer in the original location for fear of the trailer being stolen. Because I couldn't park it where they wanted me to and because there was noone there to help, I told the manager that I would be late to drop off the equipment. He mentioned that there would be no charge but I was charged anyways. Its simple. Either fix your delivery processes or have someone there to receive the truck. Oh, and don't charge someone when you told them you wouldn't. During this high PCS season I will absolutely recommend against using this location and Uhaul as a whole.

Explain how the 24/7 return works. When one is moving we need to be reminded how it works because reading all the directions is tedious and time consuming. Work is usually overwhelming and a quick Cliff's Notes of the process would be extremely helpful.

Take trucks on a maintenance run before next rental. Last truck 26' I rented pulled slightly to the right. Long move was not worry free.
